I love this recipe! Not only is this a great way to end a Mexican dinner night, it is also simple to make,
Make sure you use really good quality coffee.Grown in Mexico, coffee beans are exported worldwide so it is no surprise that this is a popular drink. The Mexican-style coffee is sweet, it has the strong flavor of coffee mixed in with cinnamon and the piloncillo or unrefined sugar. (Brown sugar works well as a subsitute) Some version of this drink include cloves or/and chocolate. Traditionally, you can brew this coffee in an earthenware or using the olla but you can use a sacuepan or drip-style coffee maker instead.
