No Mexican cuisine is complete without offering your guest a taste of this really tasty peach margaritas. Instead
of using lime, I have opt for using peach which gives it a unique and wonderful twist. For added fun, dip
the rims of the glasses into colored, coarse sugar. When one think of margarita, Mexico comes instantly to mind. Margaritas are usually associated with pale green tart-sweet cocktail drink where tequila takes center stage.

HINT: This recipe will make 6 servings, approx. 1 cup for each guest.
Easy Salt or Sugar Rim: Rub each glass rim with the cut side of a lime, lemon or orange then dip the rim
into a shallow dish of coarse salt (traditional for margaritas) or sugar. The rims can be prepared up to
8 hours in advnace.
Coarse salt (margarita salt) should be available in the beverage section of most large supermarkets or specialty
liquor stores. For that added extra special touch, you can use red/greem/yellow/blue color sugar instead of
plain white sugar and they should be available in the bakery or spice section.
