is used in this Mexican lasagne as it imparts a strong, fresh and tangy flavor. Though similar to
the flat-leaft parsley, it has a unique taste all on its own. This herb is perishable so store it in the
refrigerator with the stems in the water and plastic loosely covering the lefty top.

Mexican Lasagne - Easy Mexican Recipe For Mexican Main Course
- 1 packet lasagne noodles
- 1 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cups salsa
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 15 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese

How to make Mexican Lasagne:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Cook and drain noodles (follow instruction on package)
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef, onion, cilantro and chili powder
- Drain and set aside
- In a bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, place 5 noodles
- Layer with beef mixture, 1 cup of ricotta cheese and 1 1/4 cups salsa
- Repeat with remaining noodles, beef mixture, ricotta cheese and salsa
- Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 mins or till hot
- Let stand for 10 mins before cutting
