Fresh Tomato Salsa Dip - Easy Mexican Recipe For Mexican Food


  • 3 medium tomatoes (chopped) - makes about 2 1/4 cups
  • 1 small green bell pepper (chopped) about 1/2 cup
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup red onions (sliced fine)
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno chillies (chopped fine)

How to Make Fresh Tomato Salsa Dip:


  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour in order to blend all flavors

HINTS: Lazy Day Salsa: If you are feeling a little lazy and don't want to chop all the ingredients, put them all into a food processor and blend. Although you can use parsley instead of cilantro, you won't get the distinct flavor of the salsa. For a more divine salsa, try using smoked jalapeno chilies instead.
