"Ferio . . ."

" . . ."

"Feriooooo . . ."

"Mummphhh . . ."

"FERIO!"

"What?"

"Please, let go, I can't breath," Fuu gasped. Ferio released Fuu from his death hug and began spouting apologies.

"Oh! I'm so sorry Fuu-chan! I didn't mean it, I'm just so glad your safe, I was so worried, You were out there fighting and I was stuck in the castle, but you're here now-and not to mention safe, and might I add looking adorable-but that's normal for you-"

"Boo, your rambling," Fuu chided. Ferio stopped talking immediately, flushing slightly at his behavior and the use of the pet name Fuu had given him.

"Alright, Cuddles, what ever you say."

"Ugh, How did I get that nickname again?"

"You tell me how I got Boo, I tell you how I pinned Cuddles on you."

"Later, anyhow, what do you want to do today?"
"How about we do what we do every day?," Ferio answered. Fuu laughed and nodded.

"Alright Ferio, you first. Tell me Boo, what did you do today?"

"Well, it was a very average day, I woke up, and climbed out of my window and conversed with the giant, mutant, grapefruits that hide in the swamps, and was quite surprised when they gave me the title of 'Double Zoink Eek, King of all Monkeys with Cymbals.' I started to walk home when all of a sudden I was attacked by an army of Koalas! I managed to fight them off with my rapier sharp wit and a sponge. Long story short, I then came back here and met up with you," Ferio took a deep breath and looked to Fuu.

"Your turn."

"Today I made a Macramé flower pot holder, then met up with you."

"Wow, you did all that and still found time to see me! Ms. Houiji, I'm honored!"

Fuu and Ferio laughed together and laced their fingers through each other's. Fuu slightly blushed at the display of affection. Ferio shifted uncomfortably on the cushion where he was sitting, legs folded under him, typical of Asian countries back on earth. But they weren't on earth. They were as far from it as Fuu had ever heard of someone getting. The were on Princess Aska's Dome, which resembled a large dragon, and heading back to her home country of Faren.

Ferio shifted again and sighed in pain.

"Ugh, how can you sit like this for so long Fuu-chan? I can't feel my feet anymore . . ."

Fuu smiled at him as one would a small child and said to him,

"Then don't sit like that Ferio, it's just more comfortable for me to sit like this than any other way."

Ferio complied and Fuu giggled at the sigh of relief that escaped his lips as he sat cross-legged on the pillow.

She looked over at him again and smiled, she was doing a lot of that now and days. Now that Cephiro was safe and she was with her prince. The Prince she grew up dreaming about, her life mate, her soul mate! And now they were going to be together forever, they were starting again.

A feeling of joy mingled with shock rippled through the room, sending everyone in it to spiral into silence. Clef just stared wide-eyed at the paper he had just read out-loud.

"Well . . . damn . . . I never knew they had it in em'," Umi muttered.

"Well, were short a Magic Knight and a Prince, should we hold an audition for replacements?" Caladina joked.

"Hey, Umi-chan?"

"Yes, Hikaru-chan?"

Hikaru shyly dug her heel into the floor, looking quite confused.
"What does 'Elope' mean, and why did Fuu and Ferio do it?"

Fuu looked over at her dozing Husband, and gently kissed his forehead, gasping as he instinctively grabbed her by the waist and drug her to him. Fuu snuggled contently into his chest and sighed happily. The ceremony was beautiful for being thrown together in three hours, never the less it was better than she ever could have imagined. Never mind she would have been happy getting married in a soggy cardboard box, as long as she was getting married to Ferio she couldn't care less if the flower were white, or blue, or even if there were any at all. He was so handsome . . . both inside and out, although he sure didn't think so.

She gently ran her index finger across the scar on his cheek and frowned. Because of these scars he thought he looked like some common ruffian, or something of that sort, Fuu personally thought they made him look more rugged. Fuu silently groaned, she sounded like one of those one-dollar romance novels her sister always read. Well, even if she did that was how she felt. Fuu sleepily wiped at her eyes and rested her head further into the pillow and began to fall asleep.

Ferio peeked an eye open and kissed her cheek.

"Good night, Fuu, Queen of Cephiro."

"Say it."

"No."

"Come on, say it."

"I won't."

"Please?"

"No."

"Yes."

"Nuh-uh."

"Uh-huh."

"No way."

"Yes w-"

"Fine! You were right. Happy?"

"Very," Emeraude smiled, she always won.

"It was a good plan but I really didn't think it was going to work."

"I knew it would."

Zagato groaned and headed for the door, blowing a kiss at his wife. He still had work to do in the fields; Emeraude had called him in to look at the wedding of the Prince and Magic Knight.

"Two months," Emeraude said as he had a foot out the door. He turned back to her.

"What?"

"I say in two months they are going to make me an aunt."

"Aren't there enough children in your life now?"

"Never!," the Princess said haughtily, lovingly gazing at the three bassinettes in the corner.

"Emeraude, promise me you won't meddle in your brother's marriage," Zagato stated firmly. The Pillar let out a depressed sigh.

"Fine, I won't."

"Good girl," Zagato said before kissing his wife gently. "I need to get back to work, keep an eye on the little ones."

Emeraude watched as he walked out the door, smiling mischievously all the while. Oh, she wouldn't meddle in her Brother's affairs; she said nothing about her Sister-In-Law's.
