Okay, It’s been a while since I’ve posted so I’ll skip my usual
mumbo-jumbo and get on with the story. I don’t own Rayearth, but I do own the
crazy, but considerably less popular, spin off, titled ‘Htraeyar’.

Fuu smiled happily and adjusted her new kimono; she shifted on the cushion
nervously and looked at her husband and bit back a gale of laughter. He finally
found a way to be comfortable, never mind it was lying down on three of the
pillows normally meant for kneeling. She gingerly reached over and tucked a
stray piece of hair behind his ear. He snorted loudly and rolled over and
continued snoring, a little thing like touching his cheek wouldn’t wake him
up, he loved to sleep too much for that.
They we headed back to Cephiro. And Fuu was completely nervous about it. What
would everyone say? Fuu knew that eloping with Ferio was one thing, but eloping
with Prince Ferio was another thing entirely.
Hikaru and Umi would be supportive, but what of the rest of them? Clef, LaFarga,
Lantis, Ascot, and Presea, what would they think of her? Fuu shook her head
roughly, doing her best to banish all of those thoughts from her mind. It didn’t
matter what they thought, Ferio and her were in love, and now married. If they
didn’t like it, well, they could go for a weekend trip, weaponless, in the
Forrest of Silence for all she cared!
"Fuu-hime? We shall be arriving in Cephiro shortly. It might be a good idea
do wake up your husband now," Seiri smiled "The people of Cephiro
might not want to see their King with bed head, it gives off a bad
impression."
Fuu giggled and bowed her head gently in thanks. Seiri bowed and exited the
room, most likely going to tell the other passengers, Fuu mused.
Fuu looked over at her husband and slowly crawled over to him, kneeling at his
side. He looked so cute in his sleep, even if he did drool a little, and snore,
but that didn’t matter, really, he was still cute. Fuu placed a gentle hand on
his shoulder and shook it gently.
"Ferio, time to get up."
Ferio made some sort of grunting noise and turned over.
"Ferio. Get up. Were almost back to Cephiro."
Fuu swore she heard him mumble ‘No. Need sleep cake.’ And roll back over
again.
"Okay, Boo. Have it your way, Boo. I’ll arrange a lunch for us now, Boo.
Is that okay, Boo?"
Ferio turned to her, sleepy eyes glaring.
"Could you have used that nickname anymore?"
"I can try, Boo. Do you want to sleep more, Boo?"
"No, no. I’m up. Just stop calling me that, Cuddles," He said
playfully.
"Okay, Boo. It’s good your up, Boo, we are almost back to Cephiro,
Boo."
"Alright, Cuddles. Whatever you say, Cuddles."
"Boo"
"Cuddles"
"Boo"
"Cuddles"
"I hate you."
"I hate you, too," Ferio said reaching over and clasping his arms
round her waist, one hand traveling farther down then the other . . .
Fuu gasped and mocked glared at him.
"Oh yeah, I so hate you."
Ferio chuckled and leaned in for a kiss, one that Fuu gleefully gave him. Ferio
pulled apart from the brief encounter.
"I love you, Fuu."
"I love you, too."
Ferio grinned down at her.
"It’s kinda’ scary how the last two sentences were in rhyme,"
Ferio pointed out.
"It’s because we have a lot of time."
Ferio laughed at her subtle joke and walked out of the ship with her, hand in
hand, ready to face anything that came their way. Even their friends.

Umi barely saw Clef rush past the door to the library, eyes ablaze and feet
pounding on the ground hurriedly. Her gaze followed the mage until he turned
down the hallway, a large grin spread across her face.
"What are you smiling about?"
Umi looked to Caladina and stood up from he chair, narrowly missing knocking the
large stack of books on the table beside her.
"I don’t know, but if it has Clef that upset it’s gotta’ be
good!"
Caladina, thinking the same, took off speeding down the hall with Umi in tow,
stopping to inform the others they ran into, and soon they had a whole crew
following them, curious about what Clef was so angry about.

Ferio groaned in relief as he stepped off of the ship and stretched all of the
kinks out of his muscles. He took a quick look around the entryway of the
palace, seeing his wife bowing to one of the Farhen women who escorted them off
of the ship. He wound his fingers through her’s and gave her arm an impatient
but gentle tug. Fuu finished saying her good byes and walked with Ferio down the
hallway.
"Where are you in such a hurry to get us?," Fuu inquired.
"My room," Ferio answered simply.
Fuu blushed five shades of red and began to stutter a bit, and Ferio, now
realizing his mistake in phrasing, blushed too.
"I- mea-no, no-not like that! I just want to put on a decent pair of pants!
I feel like I’m wearing a skirt!," Ferio hurriedly explained while
motioning to his dark blue kimono before getting a devious look on his face.
"Unless you want to-," he began. Fuu looked thoughtful for a bit, the
same look coming onto her face.
"Hmmm, temping, very tempting indeed, but for now I think I’ll pass. I
really would like a nice cup of tea though."
"Oh, I see how it is-"
"Well I’m glad someone does. I’m very confused about this entire
situation."
Ferio and Fuu jumped at the new voice and turned their heads quickly to see the
source. Fuu looked at her husband and heard him groan and mumbled something
about ‘Not now’ and ‘want pants’.
"Well, I’m waiting," Clef said. Only now it wasn’t just Clef
standing in their way, the crowd had grown considerably, including all of their
friends, minus one LaFarga who was most likely on guard duty.
Ferio pulled their entwined hands up to show them all the ring on Fuu’s
finger, thinking that was obviously the easiest way of answering.
"Well, we knew that we just wanted to know why we weren’t invited to the
wedding," Presea announced. Fuu giggled and ran to presea, giving her a
large hug. People lined up to congratulate the bride and groom and swept them
off to the study, eager to hear of their trip.

"Emeraude," Zagato started, "What did I tell you about meddling
in your Brother’s life?"
The blond shook her finger and corrected her love.
"You told me not to meddle in Ferio’s life, I didn’t do that, I meddled
in Fuu’s!"
"What about the store incident and ‘accidentally’ helping him pick out
that kimono for his wife? You meddled with Ferio then."
"I wanted Fuu to have a nice outfit, not Ferio."
"I can’t win this one, can I?"
"Nope."
Zagato groaned and laid back in bed, motioning for his wife to do the same.
Emeraude sat down on the edge of the bed and kicked her slippers off and climbed
under the covers and snuggled up to Zagato’s chest and sighed. They both
yawned and tried to get back to sleep, taking care or three children was a lot
harder then one would think. Zagato looked over at his wife and stifled another
yawn.
"Before I forget, why did you have that boy show you that way to the palace
when you were running errands?" Emeraude looked over at her husband with
sleepy eyes and smiled gently.
"Wouldn’t you like to know?"
~*~*~
In the largest bedroom in the palace, which now held the belongings of two
people who were deeply in love, on a small table shrouded in darkness laid a
note. In tidy writing were the words one had longed to hear since he was little
but never had the chance.
‘Congratulations my brother, I am proud of you.
Love,
Emeraude’
