decided to make an attempt at doing this. The first was somewhat of a test.
The second came out a lot better (not to mention a lot smaller file wise..).
I'll get used to it eventually :)
Anyway,
to enjoy these skins you must have ICQ 98 or 99, and you need to have ICQ
Plus installed. You don't need to unzip these files.. the program uncompresses
the files for you when you use the skin. If you don't have ICQ, you can
download it at the ICQ homepage.
