1) Fill out the profile completely. No gaps or missing history or anything v.v We're funny that way.
2) Send it to BOTH of the GMs. We do a joint decision on who gets in and who doesn't, so if it doesn't get to both of us (excepting e-mail errors ^.^;) you don't get in.

Pre- History/History: For the senshi:
We're not gonna get picky about your senshi's current incarnation, but in their first life, they must have been one of Gaea's priests/priestesses. Also, if they are an elemental senshi they cannot be from the moon. If your character was from the moon, he or she should be in Japan, and therefore in another RPG. Other than that, there's no definite criteria other than stick to the storyline.
            For the Faerie:
It might help if you know a little about the world of faerie in this. We'd be happy to help with this if you contact us.^.^ Just remember that the world of Faerie has had next to no contact with our world in the last century. Another tip: Tir Na Nog is basically a monarchy, with both a High Court and a Low Court. High Court's basically Lords and Ladys. This usually (but not always) means they're the most powerful. Low Court is mostly commoners, but also faerie who wish to keep a low profile...for their own reasons...

Powers: Okay,went over this on the Rules page, but here it is again: No Ultimate powers, no world destroying powers, or anything in that vein. Okay ^.^ I think that's enough.

Oh yeah! One more thing: We sort of modified the senshi fukus(uniforms) a little. Here's a pic of the girl's costume,since it's a bit hard to explain:

Your senshi's fuku would be a different color where the green is here. And we've decided to leave the gloves and boots up to your imagination and your senshi's tastes.

The male fuku is pretty easy to explain: Most of you have seen Diamond or Sapphire's outfits from R, or at least a school uniform. That's about it. You can add some sort of decoration on the chest if you wish (again, like Sapphire or Diamond's.
