The Bad

The Ginew Special Forces, parody of a japanese series that resembles the Power Rangers, were Freeza's mercenaries, hireed to elimintae the Z senshi in Nameckusei. Their names, clockwise, were:

Rikum: The affeminate redhaired giant. He's the second strongest to Ginew, but incredibly stupid. His most powerful technique was the Eraser Cannon. He almost killed Krilin and Gohan, but was defeated by Goku and killed by Vegeta when he was unconscious.
Boter: The blue giant. He was supposed to be the fastest warrior of teh Universe, but couldn't nearly match Goku's speed. did not show any special techniques. Dies the same way as Rikum
Jiisu: The short, red skined humanoid. Not too powerful. He fights Goku along with Boter, but runs away, His special technique swa sthe Crusher Ball. dies by the hand of Vegeta later on.
Ginew: Laeder and most powerful member of the team. He sees Freezas as his role model and admires his strength. His special technique was the Body Change. He swaps bodies with Goku, then tries to get Vegeta, but hits a frog instead. Then he meets Bulma,who straps a universal translator to it's throat, and swaps bodies with her. Then he tries to get Piccolo, but GOhan throws the frag at him again. He is the sole survivor of the team
Ghurdo: The green four eyed midget. Weaka nd stupid. His special technique was the Time Stop. Vegeta killed his after he made Krilin and Gohan sweat.

Freeza's father had a brief appearance in DBZ. When Freeza was destroyed by Goku, King Cold picked up the pieces and had him rebuilt as a cyborg. Afterwards they both came to Earth to seek vengeance. After seeing Trunks easily destroy Freeza, he offers him Freeza's job as a planet conqueror. When Trunks refuses, Cold tries to trick him into giving him his sword, thinking it was the source of Trunk's power. Trunks gave him the sword, blew him to bits and sent him to Hell.

This replica of a chinese porcelain doll was Dr. Gero's partner when they first arrived to an island in the North trying to draw Goku's attention. He was quite powerful, and had the abbility to absorb energy from people of their ki attacks thru the holesin his palms. He fights Goku and beats the crap out of him, because during this fight Goku's heart desease started to kick in. Just when he was about to kill Goku, Vegeta came to the rescue. Vegeta destroys him easily, pulling off his hands and then exploding him with a Big Bang Attack.

The Red Ribbon's Army malevolent scientist and creator of the Androids wa s the enemy that gave Goku the hardest time of all all thru the DB timeline. His hate for Goku can be traced waaay back, when Goku single-handedly destroyed the Red Ribbon Army. Believed dead, Dr. Gero continued his evil experiments to create super powerful warrioirs for world domination. Realizing he was old and weak, and after being seriously injured by 17 and 18, he made C19 transfer his brain to the body of a robot, thus enabling him to fight Goku himslef and take revenge for the downfall of the Red Ribbon Army. He almost killed Yamcha in his first battle with the Z-senshi. Piccolo then rips off his arm, because he was also able to absorb energy from the palms of his hands. Dr. Gero ran away to his laboratory to wake up his back up plan, androids 17 and 18. Once again, the androids rebel against him and kill him. He goes straight to Hell, and in Dragon Ball GT he creates, with the aid of alien scientist Dr. Myuu, a replica of C17,. He is betrayed by Myuu and dies again.

Dr. Gero/C20

C 17

C17 was the second strongest android Dr Gero created. C17 is organic tissue on a mechanical frame, so he can create ki blasts and barriers. Even so, he trusts his physical strenght rathe rthan his ki. He is as strong as Piccolo/Kamisama before training in the Room of Time and Space, but still nothing compared to the fully powered Cell 1. C17 is a really arrogant guy, so he drops his guard against Cell and is quickly absorbed, enabling Cell to reach stage 2. Once Cell is destroyed, C17 was wished back to life with the Dragon Balls and retires to live alone in the woods. In Dragon Ball GT, he fuses with his replica and becomes Super 17.
