Finbar with Eliseth, when Eliseth introduces Aurian to him:
"I see you`re still wasting your time with that old junk..." (E)
*sighs, while laying a scroll on a table, wich immedietley tries to roll in..* "STOP!" he yelled... "greetings, lady of the Thunder, misstress of the lightning, have u come to freeze me with a storm of insolence (or whatever), or will you just let it rain on me to sicken my day?" *winks to Aurian* (F) "Finbar, one day those so-called jokes of yours will get you in big trouble... YOU`RE AS WORTHLESS AS THESE TWISTED OLD SCROLLS OF YOURS!!" (E)
At least my scrolls are pleasent company, even though they have their own demands.. I take it that you unexpectadly visited this oasis of wisdom and study to introduce me to this fair young lady?" *he makes a friendly smile towards Aurian* (F)
"You know who this is, Finbar.." *Eliseth looked angry* "the brat of that traitor Gerlant" (E)
*Aurian made her fists*
*in a quick move, Finbar pushed his chair back and kneeled before her, lifted her chin and watched her in the eye* "Child, you`ll hear lots more of that kind of comments between these honorable walls.." *he said, soft* "Ignore them.. Gerlant`s only mistake was his pride, but that goes for all mages that want to darken his name..." *he made an icing look towards Eliseth* "I`m not saying he didn`t make a mistake, but the same thing could happen to all of us... don`t listen to what people say, child... but make sure you learn from his mistakes... and from ours, cause what Gerlant did really wasn`t unique... our history books are full of that sort of mistakes... take the "(thing in wich the world almost was destroyed)" for example.. when the ancient mages were at war with each other... they came dangerously close with the four weapons of might, and -..." I hope, my young friend, that you won`t give Eliseth the chance to work against this history, that is so important to us all... if we study history, then we won`t have to make the mistakes of the past again... I know that Eliseth is responsible for your education now, but if you are allowed, come see me and we can talk.. "It`s time to leave, Aurian..." *she said, in an icy voice* (E)
*Finbar grinned* "see what I mean? we shoould better be careful with what we do, otherwise we`ll rain-cloud`s on our heads!!" (F)
"DAMMIT FINBAR!!" *Eliseth yelled* "Don`t you ever dare make fun of me!!" (E)
