Yui was tricked by Nakago from the very beginning. See, after she and Miaka visited the book for the first time, she left and went back to Earth for some strange reason. Then, she read the book for awhile about what's happening to Miaka. When Miaka went back to her world, Yui got sucked back into the book. She got ...attacked (raped) by some really ugly men who thought she was pretty... Afterwards, she was found by Nakago. Yui tried to commit suicide by slashing her wrists, but she didn't die. She waited for Miaka to come back, but Miaka didn't come until, like, three months later. (Miaka and Yui were connected by their uniforms, but when Miaka went back to her world, she took off her uniform.) At first, Yui thought Miaka went back for Yui, but when she sees Miaka and Tamahome kissing, she gets really angry and thought Miaka came back only for Tamahome. To make it worse, Yui was also in love with Tamahome (but I think its just because she had experienced everything Miaka experienced while she was reading the book.) Yui, with the influence of Nakago, becomes an enemy to Suzaku no Miko by becoming Seiryuu no Miko. At the end of the story, Miaka learned that Yui had never been raped, (since mikos were all suppose to be virgins...) and tires to tell her, but no, Yui doesn't believe her. Then, at the last minute, Yui realizes that Nakago has been lying to her and using her to get the wishes. Her last wish was to give the Suzaku seishi back their power, since her first wish was to seal the power. Then, she dies. (I think) So, all the Suzaku seishi get all their powers back, which means that Miaka can now make her wishes. Her first wish was to revive Yui back from the dead. And then her second wish deals w/Nakago. Then, she wishes for everything to return to normal again. She and Yui go back to their own world and resume living a normal life. But only for a while. In OVA one, (which is extremely confusing, so don't bother reading this unless u're really interested because it makes hardly any sense and I'm just putting it down because I'm really bored...) Then, Yui gets possessed by Tenkou, and he gets her to steal the book, (forgot what it was called.) Anyways, she gets sucked back in and becomes... Suprise suprise! Genbu no Miko. Tenkou messes up the timeline of things and things get really weird, and since I don't really get the rest of the OVA one, I won't explain the rest. But everything's okay at the end and so be happy!
