What do we do in our regular meeting ?

• We have our regular meetings on 1st and 3rd Saturday every month, from 14:00 to 16:00.

• Our regular meeting mainly consists of the following 3 sessions. ;
• Table Topics Session : Topicmaster appoints one of the present members offhand and give him/her a topic. Then, he/she makes a speech about it. This session provides us with the opportunity to practice thinking and speaking on our feet. Each topic speech is for about 2 min.




• Prepared Speech Session : Each speaker makes a prepared speech based on a project in the manual. The objectives of each project are full of variety, i.e. way of self-introduction, composition, body movement, vocal variety and so on. Each prepared speech is usually for about 7 min.




• Evaluation Session : The prepared speech is evaluated by each assigned evaluator. An evaluator picks up strong points of the speaker and gives one or two suggestions for his/her future improvement. This session is very unique in Toastmasters meeting. Each evaluation speech is for about 3 min.




• In each session the best speaker or evaluator is selected by everyone's voting. Guests also participate in voting. Please join the voting with your voting ballot.
