( Cyan and Lola, Edgar and Terra, Locke and Celes seated at a long table )

Cyan: Arvis? ( enters Arvis ) What is the program for tonight?

Arvis: Well, first off we have a play directed by Impressario.

Cyan: A play about what?

Arvis: "Pyramus and Thisbe", my lord, which will be performed by Sir Setzer, Sir Sabin, Sir Gau, Sir GoGo and Sir Shadow.

Edgar: Sabin in a play? This I gotta see!

Arvis: They are ready at your command, my lord.

Cyan: Very well then, bring them in.

( enters Impressario on stage )

Impressario: Good evening. Tonight we bring to you a play of one of the most tragic love story of all time, "Pyramus and Thisbe", which will be performed by a number of very....um.....unique actors. So please sit back and enjoy the show. ( exits ) Lights, cameras, action!

Sabin: ( offstage ) We don't HAVE cameras!

Impressario: ( offstage ) Shhhh!

( Shadow enters onstage )

Shadow: ( takes out a slip of paper and reads ) I'm the wall that stands between the two houses of Pyramus and Thisbe, seperating the two lovers apart. Everyday, they would talk to each other between this crack ( holds up two fingers ) and declare their love for each other. ( throws paper away )

Impressario: ( offstage ) Gee, I told him to learn his lines!

Edgar: Um, you don't look like a wall at all, Shadow.

Shadow: That's why I &*^%$# tell you first in that ^%&$*# speech so you'll *&^%$# know that I'm a ^&*$%^ wall! Didn't you *&%#*&^ listen?

Locke: Whoa, dude!

Edgar: Okay, okay! Just making a comment.

Shadow: No one wants to ^&*%$# hear your %^&*$# comments!

Impressario: ( offstage ) Shadow, shut up!

( enters Setzer on stage )

Setzer: Oh, Thisbe, I can't live a day without hearing your voice. If only our parents would let us to be together, then I'll be able to see your beautiful face everyday instead of this wall. ( pounds on Shadow ) Oh, why do you have to seperate us, wall? Why seperate me from my love?

Shadow: ( mumbling ) Do you have to pound on me so &*%$^# hard? Later I'm going to shove a *&^$%# Shuriken straight up your candy@$$!!!

( enters Sabin on stage, wearing a dress, a wig, and high heel shoes )

Edgar: Oh my god, is that Sabin? ( laughs out loud ) Sabin! Since when did you like to wear dress?

Locke: Wow, you look exactly like Celes! ( laughs )

Sabin: ( turns red ) Shut up!

Edgar: Man, you make a pretty good looking lady! Want to go out with me, blue-eyes?

Sabin: SHUT UP!

Impressario: ( offstage ) SABIN!

SAbin: Oh Pyramus, is that your voice I hear?

Setzer: Thisbe! My love, I don't want to continue like this. If you love me, please run away with me and we'll start our new lives together.

Sabin: I'll go anywhere with you.

Setzer: Then please meet me tonight at the green cherry tree, and together we will leave all our troubles behind us.

Sabin: I will not fail you, my love.

( Sabin and Setzer exits )

Shadow: Finally! I'm %^&$#* done! I'm outta here. ( exits )

Edgar: Does this mean Setzer will be my brother-in-law?

Sabin: ( offstage ) Edgar, shut up!

( enters GoGo with a lantern and a bush )

GoGo: This is the moon that shines upon the night when Thisbe and Pyramus ran away from home to meet each other under the green cherry tree, which will be represented by this bush.

Edgar: Um, then who are you?

GoGo: Me? I'm, well, um, the man living on the moon.

Locke: Then aren't you suppose to be on the lantern instead of holding it?

Edgar: Besides, how can you live on the moon when you're even bigger than the moon itself?

GoGo: Let's not get technical here okay? Everything is not to scale. There. Happy?

( enters Sabin )

Sabin: Oh, Pyramus, where can you be?

( enters Gau )

Sabin: Argh! A Behemoth!

Gau ( rages into a Behemoth ) Haymaker! ( attacks Sabin )

Sabin: ( falls backward, wig falls off ) Ouch! &*^%! You really raged into a ^&*%$# Behemoth!!! Why you little! Aurabolt! ( sends Gau flying into the backstage )

Edgar: Oh my god! Sabin killed the Behemoth!

Locke: You b*&^%$# !!!

Impressario: ( offstage ) D'oh!

Sabin: ( put wigs back on ) Good thing there's only one more $%&^*# scene. ( takes off coat and throws it on the ground, then starts to leave, but trips on high heel shoes by accident ) &*^% !!! ( kicks off high heel shoes, then exits )

Edgar: Wow, I never knew he curses so much.

Impressario: ( offstage ) This is a disaster!

( enters Setzer )

Setzer: Thisbe? Where are you? ( picks up coat ) This is- your coat! Oh, something horrible must have happened! Could it be the Behemoth that attacked my love?

Locke: Um, how would you know that it's a Behemoth when it's not even here?

Setzer: Well, it's supposed to be here if Sabin didn't kill it, okay? Anyways.........oh, I have no will to live! There's no life without my love. I will end my life right now to join my Thisbe. ( looks for sword ) Oh crap, I forgot to bring the sword.....um....I need something else to kill myself ( search through pockets ) Dice? That wouldn't do.....darts?...no.....cards? Oh, these are normal kinds of cards.....Playboy magazine....nope......a bottle of wine? I can use the bottle but I don't want to waste the wine....I know! ( drinks the whole bottle of wine ) Ah...that's some good stuff... ( smash the bottle on the ground ) Now I can die. ( pretends to shove broken bottle into heart and dies )

( enters Sabin )

Sabin: Setzer! I mean, um, Pyramus! My love! Why did you kill yourself? Why abandon me in this world? I will follow you, my love. ( takes broken bottle and pretends to kill himself, dies )

( enters Impressario )

Impressario: And so the two tragic lovers died under the green cherry tree-

Locke: And the Behemoth as well!

Impressario: and this ends the great tale of Pyramus and Thisbe.

Edgar: This is one of the crappiest play I have ever seen.

( Edgar looking out the window. Enters Terra )

Terra: You seem to be lost in thoughts, Edgar. What's wrong?

Edgar: I was just thinking about the dream yesterday.

Terra: It's strange isn't it?

Edgar: Yeah. It seems real, yet it also seems unreal....I'm not making sense am I?

Terra: Well, you know what they say about that cave...it might be a fantasy caused by the moogles living in the cave.....

Edgar: ......or maybe it's just an enchanted dream of a midsummer night......
