A Midsummer Night's Fantasy - Foreword

Hi! This is a FF3/6j fanfic based on the play A Midsummer Night's Dream, a romantic comedy written by Shakespeare ( don't worry, there's no Shakespearean language whatsoever....even Cyan talks in modern English ^_^ ) For those of you that never read or seen A Midsummer Night's Dream, here's a brief intro ( very brief ) : A girl named Hermia is in love with a man named Lysander, but her father wants her to marry this man named Demetrius, whom she really hates. Helena, Hermia's friend, was Demetrius' ex-girlfriend, but Demetrius left her because he was in love with Hermia. One night the four of them stumbled into the forrest of fairies, and a mistake made by one of the fairies caused troubles between the four of them. In this fanfic, the love rectangle is shared between Edgar, Celes, Locke and Terra and instead of the forrest of fairies we have the cave of...moogles ^_^

In this fanfic I borrowed some jokes from Southpark, Simpsons, and even from the WWF.....if you don't watch Southpark then you won't know about a certain creature in this play...

This fanfic ( and the original play ) made references to the myth "Pyramus and Thisbe"...if you never heard of it at school, it's bascially a myth about a pair of lovers named Pyramus and Thisbe ( surprise ) that lives next door to each other. Their parents forbid them to see each other, so they decided to meet somewhere and run away. At their meeting place, Thisbe was chased away by a lion, leaving a torn coat on the ground. Pyramus comes later, and seeing the torn coat of Thisbe he thought she was dead and he killed himself. Thisbe came back later, and seeing that Pyramus is dead she killed herself. ( kinda like Romeo and Juliet ^_^ )...in this fanfic, it will be a Behemoth instead of a lion ^_^
