"Donovan, I'm hungry." Anita said.

Donovan looked at the emotionless child next to him. He was so deep in thought that he'd forgotten they hadn't eaten lunch yet. "Okay, we'll find a place to eat."

Donovan was a Dhampir - half human and half vampire. His dishonourable blood gave him no peace. When he found Anita, whose home, along with her emotions, was destroyed by Darkstalkers, he gave her hope, telling her that she should be human again. He had sworn to kill all Darkstalkers in order to find peace. But the hunt was making him insane, and he decided to take a break in Earthrealm.

Suddenly, Anita stopped. "What's wrong?" Donovan asked.

Anita turned her head to the right. Donovan saw a girl crying and a boy standing above her. He didn't know what was happening at first. When the boy picked up the girl and heavily threw her down he realized the boy was attacking the girl.

The girl cried harder. Donovan felt that he need to help her. He dashed up to the boy. "What do you want from her?"

The boy stared at him coldly. "I must capture Dr.Light!"

"You can't attack a helpless girl like this."

"None of your business! Bring me Dr.Light!" he raised his arm and fired a shot at him. Donovan blocked the shot. He took out his Dhylec and thrust it towards the boy. The boy dived to avoid the attack, but part of Donovan's sword softly sliced through his arm. Donovan was suprised when he saw no blood come out.

Was this boy some kind of a robot or something? Donovan wondered when he saw a dent in the boy's arm.

"I hate walking so far!" Dan complained.

Dan, Ryu, Ken, Chun Li and Sakura were taking a taxi to the airport. But on the way there the taxi broke down. To make matters worse there were traffic jams everywhere. The only way now to get to the airport was to walk.

"Why are we walking anyway? We'll probably miss the plane by the time we get there.""Actually, I just called and they told me that the plane was having a big problem. It's delayed for a few hours." Ken said.

"But still. It will take an hour for us to walk there!"

"Calm down master." Sakura said.

"Sure, my student." Dan smiled. I need to set an example for my student.

Ryu watched them, puzzled. This was so strange.

Chun Li walked up next to him. "I'm sure you're used to walking."

"Walking can calm your body and mind." Ryu said.

"You sound like a textbook."

"Ryu always sounds like this." Ken said. He chuckled. "He's a philosphor."

Ryu gave him a look. "So, Chun Li, will we miss the bus when we arrive in Brazil now that we have a delay?"

"No. I don't think so. We catch the bus the day after we arrive in Brazil, so this shouldn't affect us." Morrigan had studied all the contents of Chun Li's bag. She'd read her journal and found out what they were doing. Hmmm..wonder who this Bison guy is. She looked at Ryu. This guy would be hard to seduce, but no one can resist my charm.

Ryu suddenly sensed a force coming towards them. He stopped.

"What's wrong?" Chun Li asked.

"Someone's coming"

Dan saw the person Ryu was talking about. "Sagat!"

Roll's cries turned to sobs as she watched the mysterious stranger fight Rock. I hope he can get Rock to come back to his sanity. Rush, Beat and Eddie were on her lap, comforting her. She felt someone standing behind her. She turned around and saw a girl holding a headless doll.

"Who...are...you?" Roll asked.

She felt a chill when the girl looked back at her with her icy, cold eyes. There was no emotion from her face. "Donovan will help you." she said in a whisper.

Roll turned her attention back to the fight. Rock took out his Tonardo Hold and fired a whirlwind at Donovan. The whirlwind launched Donovan up but he managed to recover and attack Rock. Donovan's Dhylec shot out a bolt of lighting. Rock was bounced back by the force. The lighting didn't seem to slow Rock down. He dashed towards Donovan and fired a couple of Rockbuster shots. Donovan avoided one shot but was hit by the other. He was stunned for a second. Rock started to charge his Rockbuster while firing another whirlwind at Donovan, then followed it up with a Mega Upper. Donovan landed in front of Roll and Anita.

Rock let the charged Rockbuster shot go. Seeing that Donovan had not recovered, Anita used her kinetic power to shield them from the shot and reflected it back at Rock.

It hit Rock and he fell on the ground. He didn't move. Donovan got back to his feet. Roll looked at her brother.

"Don't worry. He won't bother you anymore. Go home." Donovan said to Roll.

Roll wasn't listening to him. She was puzzled when she saw Rock begin to glow. Then she realized what he was about to do. "Oh no! Duck!"

Donovan and Anita turned to her, confused. Then they turned to Rock and saw him getting up.

"Hyper Rock!" Rock yelled and transformed into a big huge robot. He fired an enormous beam at them. Roll and Anita were small enough to dive to avoid the attack, but Donovan didn't have time to escape. All he could do was to block it with his Dhylec. But the force was so great that it smashed him into a tree. The tree was too weak to hold on to the ground. The beam ripped it from its roots and sent Donovan smashing through more trees before it faded out.

Still lying on the ground, Roll called Eddie to give her the Leaf Shield. When Rock stopped firing the beam Roll activated the shield and charged at Rock. Rock was recovering from his transformation and he only had time to fire one Rockbuster shot at Roll. The Leaf Shield protected Roll from the shot and she attacked Rock with a punch. He was stunned for a moment and she kicked him with all her strength. Rock was launched up to the sky and Roll saw her chance. "Hyper Roll!" she yelled and changed into a big robot. She shot a beam of electricity at Rock from her tiara. Rock was hit and Roll released a bunch of missles at him. When Roll finished her move and transformed back to herself Rock hit the ground, unconscious.

Roll walked up to her brother. She sensed no more evil intention in him. Rush went up to him and licked his face. Roll slapped his face softly, trying to wake him up. "Rock! Wake up!"

Slowly, Rock regained consciousness. "What...happened....where..am..I..?"

"Rock! You're okay!" she hugged her brother.

"Roll! You're damaged! Wait a sec....I'm damaged too? What happened?"

"Let's go home first." Roll turned to Donovan and Anita. Donovan was covered with wounds. He was conscious, but did not have the strength to stand up. Anita was kneeling beside him. Roll walked over to them. "Maybe you should come with us. Dr.Light can help you."

Donovan looked at Anita. She was nodding her head, motioning him to accept the offer.

Beat carried Donovan and Anita while Rush carried Rock and Roll as they headed to Dr.Light's lab.

"Ah, you still remember who I am. But of course you'll remember the person that killed your father."

"What are you doing here?" Ryu asked.

"Looking for you, of course. It's time to pay you back."

"Why don't you fight me first before fighting Ryu?" Dan challenged.

"Fighting you would just be a waste of my time."

"Stand back, everyone. I'm going to fight him alone." Dan ordered

Ken wanted to say something, but Ryu motioned him to be quiet. "It's his fight."

Dan turned face-to-face with the man who killed his father. It's time for my revenge. He charged at Sagat.

Here's chapter 4! Face off between Dan and Sagat! I don't have time to edit this chapter so if you find something that doesn't make sense, bear with me. Anyway the way I'm writing it seems that I think Donovan is not a great fighter or something ( he lost to Rock badly but Roll defeated Rock. ). Not because I'm against him, it's just that I don't know his moves so I don't know how to describe him well in a fight. Besides, Roll's suppose to be the heroine anyways :)
