Midori Yamabuki
Midori was Arale's Junior High Teacher. She married Senbe and they have a son named Turbo. A very pretty blonde, there are usually a lot of guys in Pengiun Village that wanted her. ( I guess Senbe is really lucky........).
Turbo Norimakii
Son of Senbe and Midori. Killed by an alien spaceship while Senbe was looking at a girl getting undressed. The aliens brought him back to life. Has supernatural power and he is way smarter than Senbe. Senbe usually feel jealous because of it.
Obotchman
Formerly known as Caramel-Man #4. Likes Arale, well-mannered cheerful boy.
Cops of the Pengiun Village
These cops usually gets run over by Arale while driving in their car. Usually pretty useless because Pengiun Village rarely has crime.
Akane Kimidori
Friend of Arale. She's tough & mean and she likes to pull pranks on people, especially Mr. Kurigashira ( her teacher ). Likes Tsukutsun Tsun
Aoi Kimidori
Akane's older sister. She runs the Coffee Pot ( the Kimidori's coffee house ). A horrible driver. She drives really fast and she usually crash into things
Kon Kimidori
Akane's father. Doesn't appear much. Wears glasses.
Murasaki Kimidori
Akane's mother, and the younger sister of Mame Soramame. A sex-crazed woman who loves to walk with her butt sticking out.
Taro Soramame
A punky guy who has really small eyes. Likes to be cool, smokes, and later became a cop. Likes Tsururin Tsun
Peeske Soramame
Taro's wimpy little brother. He's very short and he likes to wear a mouse ear hat. Likes Hiyoko.
Clinton Soramame
Father of Taro and the owner of the barber shop. Has the same hairstyle as his son.
Mame Soramame
Mother of Taro and the older sister of Murasaki. Chubby, wears a cat ear hat.
Tsukutsun Tsun
From China, tall, knows kung fu. He is scared of girls and will turn into a tiger if he was touched by one. ( except Arale because she's a robot. ). Touching a man will turn he back to normal.
Tsururin Tsun
Tsukutsun's older sister. Big eyes with two buns on her head. She has supernatural power and she like to use it against her brother.
Tsuruten Tsun
Tsukutsun's father, an old, perverted inventor. His family were supposed to fly to the moon in his big spaceship but his wife forgot to put back the clean clothes in the closet back home so they have to go back, and while passing through Pengiun Village they were shot down by Arale.
Tsuntsunodanoteiyuugou Tsun
( no I did not make her name up. ) Tsuruten's wife. She usually beat up her husband when he try to harass other women.
Dr. Mashirito
Senbe's enemy, creator of the caramel-man robots. Also known as Toriyama's editor. He wanted to destroy the world but Arale and Gacchan has prevented him from doing so. Was destroyed by Obotchman.
Doranpaia
The vampire thief. She tried to rob the Norimaki once but was blown away by Arale. Later worked as the messager of death.
Niko-chan
The king of the Niko-Chan planet. He and his servant wanted to take over the world, but Gacchan ate their spaceship so they had to stay on Earth. Senbe later let them test a spaceship and they went home.
Kinoko Sarada
A young girl with two bows on her head. Likes to be cool and modern. Really love her hairstyle.
