Akira Sendoh, a year two, is the captain of the Ryonan team. He is the cheerful, happy-go lucky guy who everyone in his team looks up to for leadership and source of strength. He goes fishing, that I know, but I'm not sure at how much of an avid fisher he is since I've only seen him fish once when Uozumi and the other year 3s say their farewell to the team. He usually gets in trouble with their coach, Taoka, because of his too care-free personality (e.g. woke up late for practice and eating from his lunch box when the coach and team were discussing strategy) but he manages to get away with most of his faults... I think it's his smile...
Koshino Hiroaki? He is that sulky looking guy we see using the jersey number 6. Although we see him laugh everytime they win a match, its rare to see him smile casually. He walks about with a serious attitude that one would wonder whether something has disillusioned him in the past.
That's where Sendoh comes in - to bring joy and life back into than sullen but cute boy with the middle-parted hair. Maybe kiss away the sulk that seemed to have been etched on those pouty lips. But Sendoh better be careful though because Koshino has quite a short fuse...
Koshino: Stop that, you hentai! *POW*
