Boredom
Hidoko
It has been bugging me since Primary School;
Trying to get me into deep trouble,
Whispering for sleep to dawn
And often it has succeeded,
But my teacher would knock on the table—
To the principle's office I go.
Often during ECA time,
When I've nothing good to do
Often I'd do something weird.
Like doing a whirlpool
In the middle of a serene
Sunset scene
Or do stars on fruits
And fail my Art.
Sometimes I wish
That I catch it—
The thing that's making me do these things.
And cut it into many halves
Then flush it down the toilet.
