Pink Spider fen hong se de zhi zhu

The spider can weave very intricate webs. Its size is not big, and it does not like the world's people and happenings, it only wants to fight on by itself. It does not like to show off, but it will do its best in whatever it chooses to. It is actually a free thing, although it cannot fly, for the sake of seeing new things, trying harder tests, it weaves bigger and bigger webs. Its own sky, also grows bigger.

There is a little boy who likes this living thing called spider. He does not know much about spiders, but he thinks that it is his most professional area.

One day, this boy saw, in the forest, a very special spider. This spider is pink in colour and bears gaudy markings. When the little boy saw it, he was very happy, thinking how nice it would be if he owned the spider.

So, he thought of many ways to catch the spider, and trapped it in a transparant bottle. He put it on the ceilingless balcony, so that the spider could see the scenic views of the morning as the sun rose, the beautiful sunset in the evening, and in the night, the stunning beauty of the moon and the good time and scenes of the countless stars in the milky way. He even put his favorite snack, the dark chocolate, for the spider to taste.

But, the spider was not happy, for it had lost its freedom. In the bottle, it could still weave webs, but it could not satisfy it.

One day, a passing bird was flying in the sky. The spider asked it what was the secrets of flying. The little bird replied, "I use this pair of wings to fly. Why don't you go and pluck the butterfly's wings and fly together with me?"

When the spider heard that, it began to hope that a butterfly will fly into its web. It hoped day and night. Really, a butterfly flew into the bottle and got stuck on the web.

The butterfly pleaded with the spider, but the spider only looked sadly at the horizon, and said, "I want to fly."

The butterfly understood then, that the spider wanted freedom, wanted to fly out of the place which bounded it to loneliness.

So the butterfly said to the spider, "Take my wings, spider, you will find that flying is not as you thought it would be."

The spider pasted the butterfly's wings onto its own back and flew out of the little world. But the pink spider found out that flying with others' wings were useless. It fell to the floor and did not move any more.

In a flash, the spider saw a peach colored cloud dancing in the sky. The cloud, representing freedom, is but a mere small part of the sky.

The spider smiled sadly, and the dying it finally said a forever goodbye to the earth.

When the little boy saw his beloved spider on the floor, he cried sadly. He finally understood, to love it is to let it go free. If it belonged to him, it would have went to his side automatically. If he never did cased the spider in the small cage, it would have never longed for freedom.

But, it was all too late.
