on now. I can give thousands of reasons for him not to love
Amelia, but the terrible truth is, he does. You can't really
tell until Slayers NEXT, but every time something has happened to
Amelia, Zel's been there to save her.
EXAMPLE
1: In the ep. where Lina professes her
immense fear of slugs, Amelia destroys the little buggers.
Then, Zel slowly walks toward her. They blush, and Zel whispers
her name. Then he tries to shield her from the spider
thing. He didn't have to do that.
EXAMPLE
2: When they're investigating the
'death' of Prince Phil, the monster Kanzel says "Take your spell
back!" After the gang screams, the monster hurls the spell at
them. Watch closely when they're being flung back by the
blast. Zel is holding Amelia. He is taking the force of
the blast and shielding her. And again:
EXAMPLE 3:
When Prince Phil is thought to be an intruder, Zel hears it and
bursts in the room shouting, "AMELIA, GET DOWN!" He could have
shouted for Lina to get down, but he didn't.
EXAMPLE 4:
In the epp. with the funny costumes, when Zel has to play "end
catcher" with the leopard print undies, he blushes when he thinks of
grabbing Amelia's butt.
EXAMPLE 5:
the short one...When Amelia is talking about giving him mouth to
mouth, he blushes. Why is that, do you think??? Hmmm???
