Summary- Setsuna Meiou appears during Sailormoon S even though we first see her in Sailormoon R. There's not much known about her though. She's kinda mysterious and can somehow pops out of nowhere. She is also the one person that Chibiusa gets along extremely well and are very close.
As Sailor Pluto, Setsuna is the guardian in time. In the manga, she was known as the forgotten sailor soldier because she was left alone to guard the door of time. NEwayz, being a outer Sailor Senshi means that she is a very powerful fighter. This is because it is the job of the outer senshi to protect any enemies from coming into our Solar System. *grins*

Sailor Pluto has already died once (plus the time during Sailorstars) but the event is portrayed quite differently in the manga and the anime. In the manga, Sailor Pluto dies in a helicopter crash allowing Uranus and Neptune to escape. *grins* In the manga, Sailor Pluto dies in Sailormoon R after she uses too much energy in stopping time.

In the manga, Setsuna actually became a nurse at Chibiusa's and Hotaru's school. *grins*
