Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z is a series created by Akira Toriyama. He also drew the character for Chrono Trigger. This series is one of the most popular anime in the world maybe. It is shown in many countries through out the world. It features a boy name Goku, who meets and later finds out the secret of the Dragon Balls from a young girl named Bulma or Bloomer.
