By sending monster after monster against the Magic Knights, Umi got fed up with Ascot's attitude and slapped him a good one. As a result, Umi gained Ascot's respect for teaching him a valuable lesson. As the knights continue, Ascot finds that he likes Umi, but Umi has little clue what-so-ever.
