  For anyone wondering just who is Mara {or Marller} Mara (Mãlrã) being the proper translation. Nothing is said if she is related to the Hindu Mara or not. It could be just a play on words like Ifurita or afreet an uncontrollable demon which is kept in of all things a bottle. Which Solomon himself has imprisoned with his seal hence the similarities to Ifurita (Efurita).

Maras medium  Mara's main roll in Ah Megami Sama is to taunt,  harass, and make live generally terrible for Keichi and the goddesses. Her familiar is a CD named "Demons" It says "Demon and Gods" on the back. Its what allows her to travel between Niflheim and the middle world.One of Urd's Cooking creations eats the disc after Mara tries vainly to retrieve it from Belldandy. And thus she's stuck on the surface world. Unable to return to Niflheim.

Lazy Senbee  Here's Mara's utterly useless cohort Senbe who is a genie that lives in a used Ramune soda bottle minus the marble.
belch juiceguess she likes it ~carb rush~  A Ramune soda is a very VERY carbonated soda.The carbonation holds a marble in place sealing the soda closed. The two divits near the top is to hold the marble from falling and sealing the soda while you drink. My friend Brian introduced me to these odd sodas.
