OVAs - Second TV series

OVA stands for "Original Video Animation" and it's a term used to refer to the animation produced for direct sales to the public, without being previously showed at cinemas or TV. Due to the success of Minky Momo in Japan, it's no wonder that something else had been released after the end of the TV series.

Synopsis. Momo gets to an old bridge where she is waiting for someone she doesn't know. In the following days she keeps waiting and sees the life thorugh the eyes of the bridge. People meet and part, and meet again. Momo gets to see how important is the bridge for the people of the town and she gets sad whe she learns that the bridge is going to be replaced by a new one.

Commercial releases. It was released only in Japan in VHS and Laser Disc in 1993. The release in DVD was 10 years later, also only in Japan. This release includes Yume ni Kakeru Hashi and Tabidachi no Eki.

Commercial releases. It was released only in Japan in VHS and Laser Disc in 1994. The release in DVD was in 2003, also only in Japan. This release includes Yume ni Kakeru Hashi and Tabidachi no Eki.
