By the fifth century of the Christian era, December 25 was accepted by the Church in the West. Some Syrian Christians living in central Kerala in large numbers, celebrate Christmas on January 7. The features of Christmas include dances, carols, the midnight mass, the Christmas tree, the arrival of Santa Claus and other decorations. |
