the origins of the name 'the pixie' are kind of dubious...blame my friend ki-chan ^_~ . you might wanna check out her glossary for a more detailed description of how the name came about *evil grin*. anyway, she's not particularly fond of yuki (i think her reason is that he makes the entire of laruku look ugly), so her catchcry for most of 98 was "kill the pixie!" (remember south park? "the bastards! they killed kenny!"). even worse than that is hirai's imouto drew a whole bunch of manga about various jrock artists, and funnily enough, yuki got killed in every episode...

contrary to popular belief, i do NOT hate yuki =P . i can be quite civilised about him, thank you very much *grin*.

okay, now it's established that i have no idea of anything about yuki. i think i shall have to do some research...*sweatdrop*. in the few interviews i HAVE seen, yuki usually answers "i don't know" or something that doesn't make sense eg, "which person would you like to meet?" --> "a person i don't want to meet". i rest my case ^^;;

ah ~~ i hear the outraged cries from yuki lovers worldwide..."you put up a crappy yuki pic!". well let's just say that (a) i preferred yuki in dies in cries, and (b) he's a lot cuter when you can't see his face *laugh*. no, don't worry. i'm just being evil *grin*. yuki looks fine when he smiles or laughs (mrs t actually gave me some REALLY cute laruku pics...i'll put 'em up later if she lets me), but the thing is, yuki NEVER seems to smile or laugh *rolls her eyes*. hm, where was i? oh ~~ yuki. anyway. yuki's a pretty damn good drummer. i hate to admit it, but better than sakura ^^;; . he's a lot more energetic...basically, he's AWAKE. it helps ^_~ . he officially joined laruku on the 1st jan 98, but he's been with them a fair bit longer, as a support drummer. while yuki doesn't seem to contribute to the music-writing department of laruku (ah-HAH! sakura wrote songs! so there! *nervous giggle*), he does do a fair bit of remixing *shrug*. personally, i'm not exactly fond of his efforts...listen to 'a swell in the sun'. hyde's voice is all...distorted...and there isn't a tune anymore! ^^;; . thank god i haven't heard the yuki remix of shinshoku *sweatdrop*. ah ~~ but i'm being mean again ^^;; . i'm TRYING not to be biased! O_o;; . it's hard...after all, i call myself SAKURAsawa dalamar...*sigh*.

okay, yuki used to be interesting. he had long hair, and the COOLEST fingernails you'll ever see on a drummer ^_~ . long and...blue *grin*. unfortunately, i guess laruku told him they weren't a visual band, and that he'd better conform to their style...so now yuki's all kind of modern and sporty-looking ^^;; . it doesn't suit him ONE BIT *wince*. and he and hyde seem to have an ongoing competition in the raised footwear area...
