On 22 March 2004, we made our way to Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs,. which is about 2 hrs ride from Fort Collins. Entrance to the park is free and there are a few trails to walk if you feel like it. It was a bright and sunny day and just perfect for picture taking.

I am like an ant in the midst of the giant rocks!!

After visiting this beautiful park, we proceeded to the Manitou Cliff Dwellings which is a few minutes drive from the Garden of the Gods.
