Kay, heres the deal, poor Ryu moves in across from his major-big-time
crush Natsumi, both on the third floor, both with rooms with a view. Ryu
quest for love is interupted by handsome, but naive playboy would-be Shin,
that runs the ramen stand down the street, that Natsumi just happens to
be in love with at the time Ryu is moving in. Further complicating things
is Natsumi's flirty sister Megumi, that happens to be Shin's girl, that
seems to always have time for a make-shift boyfriend. Ryu must find a
way to get into Natsumi's life!
