Title: Grease
Starring: John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John
Genre:  Giddy
Rated: It's gotta be somewhere around G
Rating: ** (out of ****)

Once again, a cute little movie. It stars John Travolta as Danny Zuko and his star crossed lover Olivia Newton-John as Sandy Olsen. Zuko is a rock 'em sock 'em punk in the school; a natural born tough guy with the "T" Birds. But he's got a weakness, a bleached blond Australian goody to-shoes called Sandy Olsen. The whole story doesn't really have much of a plot to describe. Zuko meets Olsen, they fall in love, Zuko thinks she might cramp his style, Zuko becomes a wreck, Olsen feels bad for Zuko, Olsen starts wearing junk leather, and it's a happy ending. Yeah, you heard the last part. Sweat little Miss. Australia turns into a bad-ass; just like in real life, huh? They also break into musical numbers every once in a while (John Travolta cannot sing!!!). It's a sappy movie with plot holes up the wazo. It's got musical numbers that are sweeter then peach combler. Just a sappy old love story good for a rainy day where you feel terrible. It's a sappy feel good movie, that's all. Anyway, it earns a two out of four (tieing Brockovich).
