---The Beginning Of The Nightmare, Part 1---

Rei stepped out of the speeder, smiling broadly. "I'm so tired!" she excalimed, streching her arms. "I'm gonna eat dinner and go straight to bed...."
"What about your homework?" Haruka interuppted, suspicion lurking on his face. "Don't you have homework?"
"Uhh....." she murmured, shutting the speeders' door. "Yeah, I um, already finished it in school." She smiled to herself, satisfied with her explanation.
"Yeah right. If you finished it, let me see it. If it's done I can check it over for mistakes.."
The red eyed girl frowned. "Fine, fine, you can see it, but I have to....check it over myself first. Give me 30 minutes." she said, allowing herself enough time to complete it.
He chuckled. "Sure, 30 minutes...fine by me," he said. "So, what do you want for dinner tonight?" The blond youth asked, making his way to the front door.
"I want some of those spicy thingies you make! They're Corellian, right? I can't remember the name...." she stammered, following close behind.
He nodded. "Alright. Spicy thingies it is. Just don't tell your mother or father, because they don't want you having that stuff..."
She smiled happily. "I won't! Thanks, Haruka!"
He smiled back. "Don't mention it."
Rei grabbed the doorknob, flinging open the door. "We're home!" she yelled.
Her voice echoed throughout the huge mansion.
"Hello?" Haruka called. "Naoko? Kaji?"
Rei shivered. "It's cold, and nobody's here..."
"But there's always somebody here..." he said, cutting her off.
A loud crash echoed through the house, radiating from the top floor. Rei grabbed Haruka's hand instinctively. "I'm scared!" she wispered.
Another loud crash. This time it sounded closer. Something hitting a wall....Haruka thought.
