Subject: Shimadzu LC-10 Problems

We have a Shimadzu
LC-10 HPLC system with a SPD-M10AV diode-array detector. Only recently have we started
using this in the visible range, but there are NO spectra being recorded by the Class
software. Has anyone else had this problem?
Subject: MSCONV program for
converting files from CR-4A to MS-DOS files
From: Bjorn Arne Naess <bjorn.ness@ik.hist.no>

We have a MSCONV program from Shimadzu that converts files from
the old CR-4A Chromatopac to MS-DOS files but we can not read them. Is anyone familiar
with this program and how to use it?
How important is customer satisfaction to Shimadzu? Where is the customer follow-up after the sale? One has to wonder where the Shimadzu sales and tech support personnel are hiding? Don't go in search of problems.... buy from a respected vendor!
