Tsukasa Hojo's City Hunter has been a world favourite of all time. Even today, over ten years after it was first released, many manga fans still place it on their top ten list. Usually, with the hero being a shirt-chaser, there is no way I could have loved this manga. However, he is not a scum: There is always a limit to this shirt-chasing joke, and the rest of his characteristics is too attractive that I tend to forgive and forget about his uncivilized instinct.

Tsukasa Hojo is known as a realistic manga-ka with a serious art education background. Every strip of his manga is like a series of film action, and I doubt that there exists any of his manga that I don't like.
