Yeah! I finnally found a picture!! (You try looking, its hard!!)

Queen Valadine -- at first I thought she was Galaxia, but nope. (But I think this is where they got the design) Queen Valadine sent out 4 fairies to bring children to her dream hole by playing on their flute the song you should be hearing now. But Peruru thought it was wrong so he went against Valadine and met Chibi-usa. Then he helped the sailor senshi fight a defeate Valadine.

Puplan, Bananu and Oranjiya -- These were 3 of the 4 faires that Valadine sent out to kidnap children for her dream hole. The fourth was Peruru, but he helped the senshi. These faires were returned to normal when the senshi destroyed the flutes.

This is my favorite movie out of the 3, I hope you buy (or rent) the movie when it comes out of August 10, 1999!!
