Aliases: Celes, Seras, Sera and Police Girl ( my favorite :P )
Weapon of Choice: 30mm cannon-Halconnen and sniper rifle
Occupation: SWAT force unit D-11 when human, Hellsing Institute combat unit sniper and Vampire Hunter Trainee under Arucard now a vampire.

Seras Victoria is assigned by the local police force with her SWAT team to go investigate what's been happening in the village of Cheddar's Town. Little is known to the inexperienced female of the force as she clearly wasn't ready and definitely didn't sign up for handling people of the undead. Soon enough Victoria's SWAT team becomes no more than lifeless ghouls from what once was her friends that she relied on as comrades and when she faces one of her own she really doesn't have the heart to kill them. The first one to go is her friend who she's just sprayed some foam onto an open wound by a vampire bite upon his arm. Just as the foam is applied and we think that all is good, her friend becomes an undead ghoul and since she's unwillingly wishes to kill it she takes the pistol and pistol whips it across it's head hoping to stop it's path then takes off running. Seras Victora keeps running until she spots a human female in the far distance next to a tree, though as she slowly approaches with her gun aiming at it she notices all too quickly it's another ghoul. This is when the bas ass himself Arucard shows up and takes it out pretty much with his enchanted glove with his hand stabbing it through the ghoul killing it before Victoria's eyes. She then asks towards the person whom she thinks saves her from that female ghoul and wonders if he too is a human. Arucard keeps silent at first at which this point Victoria fires a bullet into Arucard's right shoulder and notices that he's not exactly bleeding so she again takes off running. Arucard grins and watches her run off into an old abandoned church and slowly says "Would you not have shot me if I was human?" We again see Victoria as she enters through the doors of the old church to see a priest whom at first she thinks is human, though she later tossed that idea out the window. For the vampire priest hypnotizes her into his arms and more than willing fangs for him to feed on. Then suddenly Arucard comes crashing through the doors and after a brief exchange of words, firing of Uzi's from ghouls who suddenly appeared in front of church seats out of nowhere and apparently also had a very high accuracy, a resurrection of Arucard after taking in tons bullets and finally just killing the hordes of ghouls. The priest this whole time still has a rather fearful Victoria in his arms and suddenly decides to use her as a shield in which prompts Arucard his question the choice of becoming a vampire. At which Arucard takes out one of two of his custom-built handcannons, the Jackal and the 454 Casull and proceeds to blow literally a hole through poor sweet naive Victoria's lung and into the vampire priest causing him to fly into the air splatter blood all over a cross then explode into dust. Arucard then looks to Victoria's body as she looks up at him expecting him to continue and he does as Arucard gently caresses her body against his own, bares his fangs and finishes the deed to which she'll become his slave as a vampire. Arucard affectionately keeps calling her police girl as he carries her back out towards the backup force at which point she nudges against his chest and tells him in an almost whiny but cute voice that she's not called police girl and that her name is Seras Victoria. The backup ( took them long enough... )is where we meet Sir Integra Wingate Hellsing who's in charge and control of Hellsing Institution who Arucard tells to admit Victoria into the Hellsing Organization. In which she promptly states Arucard is in no position to add whomever he likes but then shrugs it off and lets Arucard train her. So thus is where our naive police girl starts her next day since all this time it's been night, forever in the night for she'll never see another sunrise ever again in her now vampire life with her master Arucard of the Hellsing Organization.
