"Oh, hi RanMaFan! I'm looking for my pet... have you seen him?"
(Me, limping in bandages.) "Oh yes, I've seen him."
"Oh dear, don't tell me he beat you up..."
(Me) "Yes. Oh no, here he comes now!"
*Blam*
(Me) "Ouch."
"Forgive Katsunishiki... he's just worried about me."
(Me) "I'll say."
Well, Akari is VERY fond of pigs, as you can see. She comes from a family that has a
tradition of raising and breeding fighting pigs, and she has a very well trained and loyal
pig who follows her around, acting as her bodyguard, named Katsunishiki.
She also LOVES Ryoga very much, and for her, it was love at first sight. However,
because of a certain restriction by her father stating that only those who could defeat
Katsunishiki were worthy of her, she kind of sent him out to attack Ryoga, to test if
he was worthy. Ryoga defeated him handily. Of course, Ryoga has a little problem
now, since he likes Akane, but Akari likes him. A lot.

She is basically quite a sweet and innocent girl, and since she first saw Ryoga, she's
been fantasizing about him too. (If you'll read book 30....) However, the first time the
two meet, Akari accidentally pulls Ryoga's nerve, but mentioning that she really loves pigs, and she
compares them to Ryoga....
However, she means well, and in many attempts to get Ryoga to notice her feelings for him, she even
goes as far as trying to get herself to HATE pigs for Ryoga's sake... when she didn't know his hatred for
pigs stemmed from his curse. But, the good thing is, when she discovers Ryoga's cursed form, she loves
him all the more so, and he eventually accepts it, although not so conspicuously. Poor Ryoga, he really
likes Akari alot....
(Ryoga keeps a picture of Akari and Akane in his wallet, the two loves in his life....)
In the final Manga episode, Ranma takes Ryoga's wallet and forces him to make a decision on the one he
loves more, by grabbing for the photo of the girl he chooses. He chose Akari's. (*sniff*, so touching!)

"You mean to say, Ryoga was on this page???"
(Me) "Yup."
"Oh, this is wonderful! Can you please get him to read my profile!?"
(Me) "If I can find him, sure."
"Thank you! I'm sure he'll love it!"
(Me) "Me too."
