The cheats for this game are:
To access the SP MODE,you must first beat the game in History Mode,but there is however this way.Press and hold X,Y,Z,A and Start at the title screen (where you songoku ss3 looking to you).
There is also one extra option menu.Just press "A" button during the option menu to listen to the voices BGM and PCM.
For see the real end of the game,beat Historie Mode over 500 points.
For fight with the secret players beat Historie Mode with no saves or continues and do 100% in all episodes.
Speed-Up:

At the screen where mountains are flying by,hold L+R.To set your speed,keep holding these buttons and press X for speed1,Y for speed2,Z for speed3 and for speed4,hold L+R+Z on Controller Two.

Episode 1

Piccolo vs Nappa and Piccolo die.
In Songohan and do 2 Masenkou for Nappa.
In Kulilin and do Kien-retsu-zan.
In Songoku and do the Universal Force and kill Nappa.
Songoku do a Kamehameha for Vegeta.
Kulilin do another Kien-retsu-zan.
Songohan do another Masenkou.
And Songoku finish Vegeta with the Universal Force.
Episode 2

Songohan vs Gurudo and Songohan do a 3 Masenkous.
In Vegeta and do the Big Bang Attack and kill Gurudo.
Vegeta do other Big Bang Attack for Recoom.
Songohan and Vegeta off and in Songoku and do one Kamehameha and Universal Force for Recoom.
Songoku kill Recoom and Baata and Vegeta finish Jiisu.
Songoku vs Ginew do 2 powers.
In Songohan and do 1 power.
Songoku do the Universal Force and kill Ginew.
