			JUPITER KNIGHT XII
			BY Lady Jupiter

Lita was humming a tune in her room. She and Galdon
had seen the sunset together and smiled at each other. It was
wonderful, yet there was something missing. She didn't know what
it was, but it didn't feel complete. She only felt complete when
Ken was with her. She knew they were destined to be forever, but
what if he didn't want her back? What if he just said he loved
her to keep her happy. After all, if he didn't say it, then
it would be a shame that they were destined together. Lita
sighed and sat on her bed.
Something moved. Lita caught the slight movement out
of the corner of her eye. There...it moved again. Lita turned
and looked for what moved. It was in the mirror hung on
the wall. Something in the mirror was moving. Lita walked up
to the mirror. She peered in. It looked like a normal mirror,
but what moved. Her reflection peered back at her. Then,
the glass started getting foggy. Lita rubbed it with her sleeve
to clean it, but it still was foggy. The fog was from the
other side.
"What? This is impossible." Lita muttered to herself.
An image showed up in front of her. A face was staring
back. It wasn't her face. Lita jumped back and stared at it.
"Jupiter Power!" Lita felt this dangerous.
Oddly, she felt more brave in her sailor fuku. The
face was clear now. It was another Sailor Scout.
	"Sailor Pluto!" Sailor Jupiter said.
	"Yes."
"How are you? You sure scared me. I thought that-"
Sailor Jupiter started to babble.
"There is no time." Sailor Pluto looked stern.
"Why? Is Sailor Moon in danger?" Sailor Jupiter
was now serious.
	"No, but Jupiter Knight."
"What happened to him? Is he hurt?" Sailor Jupiter's
voice turned up a few notches.
"I'm not sure what happened to him, but he is
unconscious. Almost dead. There were no marks of injury
except a dent in the metal chestplate. It shouldn't knock
him out cold."
	"Where is he?"
	"Jupiter. In a cave."
"How do I get there?" Sailor Jupiter asked.
"As soon as I leave and you can see your image again in
the mirror, step through. I will transport you there. I will
tell the other scouts about the situation. Just get there as
fast as you can. Be careful."
Sailor Jupiter watched Sailor Pluto's image fade and
soon, she was staring at her own scared face. Unsure of
it, she put her hand through the mirror and saw it dissapear.
She leaped through the mirror and ended up on Jupiter.
In front of her was the mouth of the cave. It was dark in
there and something was echoing in there.
She walked in, just walking straight. She could tell
that this tunnel was leading down. Farther up ahead, she saw
some light. A dancing light from the flame of some
candles. Sailor Jupiter entered a large room, dim in the
candle light. She noticed someone sitting on a throne in the
back of the room.
Unfocused blue eyes glowed at her. She knew these eyes
anywhere.
	"Galdon!" Sailor Jupiter shouted.
The eyes focused on hers and twinkled, "Sailor Jupiter.
What are you doing here?" Galdon stepped out from the shadows
and smiled.
	"Where is Ken?"
"Why do you ask for him?" Galdon said innocently.
"Where is he? You did something to him." Sailor Jupiter
demanded.
"Don't you want to be with me?"
	"Where is Ken?"
	"Why?"
"Where is he? He better not be hurt." Sailor Jupiter
gave him the coldest stare she could come up with, but hated
the pained look that came from his eyes.
"I got him out of the way so you could like me better."
Galdon said.
"That's not how you do things here. You can't get rid
people like that. It's not what love is about. Love is
when you can trust a person not to lie. Love is when you can
trust them that they'll come back. Love doesn't make you want
to get rid of people." Sailor Jupiter was almost in tears
now, but blinked them back, "Where is he?"
Galdon made a dicision. Ken was holding her back. If
he killed him pemanately, then Lita would come to him, "I'll
give you one last chance to see him."
"What do you mean one last chance?" Sailor Jupiter was
feeling sick.
Galdon thought. It would hurt her if he killed Ken,
but after a while, there would be no more to love except
him. He would have Sailor Jupiter all to herself.
"I'm going to kill him," Galdon stated.
Sailor Jupiter's eyes clouded over with tears that splashed
onto the floor. She knew that she couldn't stop him. Galdon
was too strong.
"I won't give up," Sailor Jupiter swore to herself.
She sunk onto the dirt floor and felt sick. She
cried and cried, not caring if Galdon killed her or not anymore.
It was all her fault. If she never came to France, Ken would
have never been in danger.
Galdon pulled her arm, "Are you coming or not?"
Sailor Jupiter snatched her arm from him and glared.
She couldn't have hated someone as much as she did right
now. He said he loved her, yet he hurt her. Not only her,
but the one she loved. There were those time that she
thought she loved him, but now, she knew she didn't. It was
just a silly crush. A highschool crush.
Slowly, Sailor Jupiter got to her feet, her knees feeling
wobbly. She wasn't sure if she could make it to where he
was leading to her. It was only across the room to a door.
She took one step and almost fell. Her legs weren't cooperating
with her. Galdon came to guide her to the door, but she refused.
"I can do this without your help," she replied cooly and
walked over to the door.
Galdon began to open it, and stopped, "You WILL love me. When
I get rid of him, you'll come back. You should be happy that
I liked you. Lots of other women are fighting over me."
"Shut up and open the door," Sailor Jupiter said. She now
saw what a monster Galdon could be. All he wanted was her. He
didn't care if she was broken inside or not.
    "Ask nicely." Galdon sneered.
Right then, they heard footsteps getting closer.
"In the name of the Moon, I will fight wrong and do justice!"
Sailor Moon's voice came echoing through the room.
A minute after, the scouts appeared, including Tuxeedo Mask.
    Sailor Jupiter turned around, "Scouts!"
"Jupiter! Are you alright?" Sailor Venus asked.
"No, Ken, he's hurt." Sailor Jupiter babbled.
Galdon opened the door to the dark room and stood behind Sailor
Jupiter. Sailor Jupiter took a while to adjust to the light, but
when she could see, she broke out in fresh tears.
"Jupiter Knight..." Sailor Jupiter knelt by the body of Jupiter
Knight and touched his hand.
His hand was warm, but he looked so pail. Was he dead? Or
just out cold.
"What did you do to him?" Sailor Jupiter demanded, looking
back at Galdon's cold blue eyes.
"I drugged him," he replied non-chalantly.
Sailor Moon threw her tiara at Galdon, but he was protected by
some sort of forcefield. The tiarra bounced off helplessly.
"Mars Fire Ignite!" Sailor Mars shot out some of her fire, but
it too was no use.
Tuxeedo Mask threw a bunch of needle sharp roses at Galdon, but
they were useless.
"Don't waste your energy, you can't destroy me." Galdon
laughed.
"Wake up! Jupiter Knight, wake up!" Sailor Jupiter shouted.
"He should be out for another couple of days. I gave
him a second dose an hour ago." Galdon informed.
"You!" Sailor Jupiter got up, summoning all her strength, "I hate
you! I hate what you did to my friends. To my boyfriend."
"I thought I was your boyfriend," Galdon said sarcastically.
"Never!" She started getting closer to Galdon, ignoring
the stinging sensation everytime she touched him. Galdon backed
up, forgetting his forcefield.
They were now in the middle of the room, the other scouts
watching. Sailor Jupiter glared at him coldly. Galdon glared
back, returning the look.
"I will make you love me. You'll see." he said.
"Never. My heart belongs to Jupiter Knight." Sailor Jupiter
felt almost boiling with rage.
Sailor Jupiter took a hold of Galdon's hands and clamped them
in hers. She released her energy in lighting and it bolted through
the forcefield right into Galdon's body.
"No!" Galdon's eyes turned black, and his body started to
dematerialize. All was left was a dark shadow with red eyes.
"Get him Sailor Moon!" Sailor Jupiter shouted.
"Moon Scepter Ellimination!" Sailor Moon shouted.
The shadow smoked up, and dissapeared. Sailor Jupiter looked
at the others, happy that they were here. They got into a group
hug, and Sailor Jupiter walked away from them.
    "Jupiter Knight," she whispered.
Sailor Jupiter knelt down and placed a hand over his, "You
let me free. I want to come back now."
Tuxeedo Mask carried Jupiter Knight out into the middle of the
room and sat down.
"Sailor Moon, can you heal him?" Tuxeedo Mask asked.
    "I'll try."
Her healing wand came out from no where and she started, "Moon
Healing Activation!"
Nothing happened. Jupiter Knight still lay there. Sailor Mercury
came next to Sailor Jupiter.
"Galdon drugged him. There is no effect from the Moon wand." She
stated.
"What do we do now?" Sailor Mars asked.
"I think Tokyo is safe now. Remeber what we found out? If
one brother dies, the other is gone too. Let's go back and
see what we can do with Jupiter Knight." Sailor Moon suggested.
"How do we get back?" Venus asked.
"Get in a circle around Jupiter Knight. Hold hands and concentrate."
Tuxeedo Mask was serious.
"Where are we going to teleport to?" Sailor Moon asked.
    "Not anywhere public."
    Rei suggested, "Maybe my temple."
"No, Chad will be there." Sailor Mercury pointed out.
"My house." Sailor Jupiter finally said in a monotone.
They concentrated on Lita's house. Jupiter Knight's body
faded and dissapeared first, then the others followed. They ended
up in the middle of Lita's living room. They transformed back and
just stared at Jupiter Knight. He was the only one not in normal
clothes.
Outside, a slight scratching noise was heard. They all looked
out of the window and saw Luna and Artemis. Serena walked over to the
window and lifted the pane. The two cats walked in and looked around.
There was an unhappy feeling in the atmospere.
"How are you Lita?" Artemis broke the silence.
    "Fine."
Luna walked over to Jupiter Knight, "What happened to him?"
"They drugged him," Rei told them.
"Did you try to use the Moon Healing?" Luna asked.
    "Yes, it didn't work."
"We have to get him to a hospital," Lita said.
"No, we can't. He's still in his uniform. If we bring him
there, and they ask why he is wearing that, they will find everything
out." Luna said.
"We can't just wait and let him die!" Lita started crying again.
Ami got up and said to Lita, "Let me go home and get some of
my mother's equiptment. When I get back, I'll do some test and
findout what they did to him."
"In the mean time, I think you girls should go to school. It
would be too obvious if all of you are absent from school. Darien,
can you drive them to school?" Artemis asked.
"Yes, do you want me to carry him to the bed, Lita?" Darien
indidcated Ken, still lying on the ground.
    "Please."
Darien and the others carried Jupiter Knight to the extra
bedroom where there was a spare bed. Lita covered him with a thin
blanket.
"Thank you. All of you, for helping me." She said.
"Are you going to come to school?" Serena asked.
"No, I'll stay here and wait for Ami." Lita said.
Ami had already went to fetch some materials. Luna and Artemis
said they would stay with Lita to make sure she was alright. The
others left, saying they would come back right after school.
As soon as they left, Lita flopped onto the couch and sank into
a depressed mood. What if Jupiter Knight never go better. What
if he stayed like that, a human vegetable for the rest of her
life? Lita had no more tears left to cry.
After a few minutes, Ami came back, panting from running and
carrying a medical box. She went into the room Jupiter Knight
was sleeping in, followed be Lita. Ami took out an empty
syringe and stuck a needle in it.
Lita's eyes grew large with fear, "What are you going to do
to him?"
Ami assured Lita that this wasn't going to hurt Ken, "Don't
worry. He probably won't even feel it. I'm going to take a
blood sample and that way, I'll be able to tell what they
drugged him with. That way, I'll know what kind of effects
will the medications have."
Ami took the needle and stuck it into Ken's arm, drawing out
some blood. Lita looked away. She couldn't bare the thought
of shots. Ami took the syringe full of blood and brought it
into the bathroom. Lita watched as Ami emptied the blood into
a clear cup connected to some sort of computer that came in
the medical box.
The computer made a few beeping noises and displayed a bunch
of letters that meant nonsense to Lita. Ami was starting to
frown.
    "Lysergic Acid?" Ami mumbled absently.
Ami typed some things into the computer, and more nonsense
came out.
"What is it?" Lita asked anxiously.
Ami's face looked serious and, "They gave him an overdose of
Lysergic acid. Just a drop can make a person hallucinate and
have flashbacks. But it seemed that he had almost a thousand
times as much. He should be out cold for a week or so."
"What do you mean out? Is he going to stay like this for
a week?" Lita asked.
"Unless I can go look for the antidote." Ami said.
"What is the antidote? Can you find it or make it?"
"The antidote is Valium. I think I can find some at the
hospital, but it won't do much good. If you give him the
antidote, he'll wake up."
    "But?"
"But he'll be kind of fuzzy or messed up for a couple of
days. He should be back to normal after that." Ami said.
"Can you go get the Valium?" Lita asked.
"I'll go right now. Just stay and tell me if there are
any changes in him." Ami said and packed up the medical stuff
and left for the hospital.
Lita sat by Ken, who was still in the uniform. His chest was
rising and falling with every breath. Luna came in and sat on Lita's
lap.
"He doesn't love me anymore," Lita told Luna.
"Silly, ofcourse he still loves you." Luna scolded.
    "I don't think so."
"Did he trust you enough to let you go?"
"Yes. He said he set me free."
"And you came back didn't you?"
"Yes," Lita thought about what Ken had said the last time they
had talked, "He said he let me go."
    "He still loves you."
"Now I understand. He had to let me chose for myself. He was
so noble." Lita cried, not realizing she was talking about Ken in
a past tense.
"Don't fret Lita, everything will be alright," Luna assured her.
    "I hope you're right."
"There is no use just sitting here. Why don't you go do
something." Luna suggested.
Lita finally noticed her apartment was neat and tidy. When she
left, everything was messed up. Calbrom had tossed this and that
and ruined many pictures.
"The girls helped clean it up after you left." Luna said, reading
her mind.
"Thank them for me Luna, thank you too."

Ami had a hard time getting Valium. She had found her mother
at the hospital working with a patient.
When Ami had asked for the Valium, her mother gave her a puzzled
look, "What on Earth do you need that for?"
Ami hated to lie, but knew she had to, "I have a project to do
in school. I need it for an experiment."
"What a strange project," her mother exclaimed.
    "Yes."
"Well, I know you will put it to good use."
"Thank you," Ami said and took the bottle of Valium in it's
liquid form.
This time, Ami didn't run, incase she dropped it. She walked
quickly to the bus stop and boarded the bus to Lita's house.
She probable looked weird since she was carrying a medical bag and
a bottle of Valium. They probably thought she was a mental
patient.
Ami got off the bus at the stop closest to Lita's house and
quickly walked the rest of the way. The front door as usual
was open. She heard music coming out of Lita's room and poked her
head in.
Lita was playing on the keyboard in the back of her room. Ami
recognized the tune as Rainy Day Man, Lita and Ken's song. Ami
didn't want to scare Lita, but didn't know what else to do. She
cleared her throat. The music stopped and Lita looked at Ami.
"I got the Valium," Ami held up the bottle.
Lita didn't say a word and walked into the room Ken was staying
in. He was still in the same state, half dead. Lita watched Ami
fill another syringe with the liquid.
"How many of those do you have?" Lita asked. Maybe her whole
bag was full of those needles.
    "Just enough," Ami smiled.
Ami lifted Ken's arm up and showed Lita what to do, "Squeeze his
arm."
Lita did as she was told and watched Ami carefully measure his
arm. Ami stuck the needle throught the fabric of Ken's suit
and injected the liquid.
"Let go so it will flow through," Ami told Lita.
Lita let go and looked at Ken. There was no change.
"He should wake up in a day or so," Ami said.
"A day? How long is it suppose to take for him to be himself
again?"
    "Maybe three days."
Lita looked at the clock on the wall. It was almost five in
the afternoon. She walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen.
She began to prepare dinner.
"Do you want to stay for dinner?" Lita asked.
"Okay. I want to see if there will be any change in him."
"I should make extra in case the others stop by," Lita said
to herself.
Lita started cooking the rice. Ami helped Lita peel the
vegetables. They worked in silence for a couple of minutes.
Ami broke the silence, "How was France?"
That was when Lita remembered, "Oh my god! I forgot!"
    "Forgot what?"
"Ken's things and my things are still back there. We didn't
even tell them we were leaving!"
"You can send for them through the mail," Ami said logically.
"But what will I tell them? That we suddenly had to leave
because Ken was drugged?"
"Just tell them there was an emergency back home."
"Good idea, Ami. How did you ever get so smart?"
    "I don't know."
Lita laughed, "That's the first time I heard you say that."
Ami laughed with her. It's been a long time since they
ever laughed together. Ami knew how much Lita was hurting inside.
She knew how long Lita and Ken were together. Almost all their
lives. They met in the sand box days, when Lita still had parents.
Lita and Ken use to play together, and comfort each other. When
Lita's parents died, Ken was the only one who stood by her.

"Knock-knock!" Serena's shrill voice called out.
She was followed by Mina and Rei. The three girls walked into
Lita's apartment and looked around. They saw Ami and Lita in
the kitchen peeling vegetables.
Mina noticed that Lita looked better, even smiling, "Any good
news?"
"Yes. They dosed Ken with Lysergic Acid, I guess that's bad
news, but there's also good news," Ami told them.
"Well? Don't keep us in suspense!" Rei said.
"I gave him some stuff to make him better. In a couple of days,
he'll be back to himself."
    "Good!" Serena cheered.
Luna hopped on the counter and sniffed at some vegetable peelings
that Ami dropped. Artemis was already eating them up.
"Do you need some help?" Mina asked.
Lita looked down at her bowl, "No, we're almost done. The last
time you helped, you cut your finger off, remember?"
    "Oh yeah," Mina blushed.
"You can go into the living room and do your homework. I'll
join you as soon as I finish putting all this in the pot." Lita told
everyone else.

The next morning, Lita woke up and checked on Ken. He was still
the same. She called Mina and told her she would stay home again,
in case Ken wakes up. Mina told her that if there were any
changes in Ken, that she shoud call her.
Lita took a shower and went to make breakfast. She didn't feel
like cooking anything, so she just microwaved some oat meal. After
she ate the oatmeal, she had nothing to do. There were no chores
to do, and there was nothing on TV. Four times already, she
had gone to check on Ken and he was still in the same condition.
The piano was her last choice. Out of boredom, Lita started
banging on the keys. Strangely, she drifted into a slow song that
seemed familiar. It was Rainy Day Man. Their song. Lita wondered
when they first heard it together. It seemed that everytime
they heard it, they were always together. Lita never heard it on
the radio when she was alone.

Jupiter Knight was sitting on a fuzzy patch of grass. He was
tired. He had already travled to China, Rome, India, Alaska,
Australia, and even Hawaii. He had gotten there by flying. Not
with an airplane, but by real flying. Soaring through the sky
like an eagle.
There were no other people on the way. All he saw were birds,
no other animals and no buildings. Now, the sky was black, but
it was light as day and there were no stars.
He had a feeling that something was sucking him into the black
sky. There were faces calling to him. Horrifying faces beckoning
him to join them.
    "NO!" Jupiter Knight shouted.
He tried to run, but his legs were like rubber. There was
no where to go. Reluctantly, he stepped into a black hole.
He had the feeling as if he was in a washing maching on the
rinse cycle. As soon as everything stopped, Jupiter Knight
woke up.
Jupiter Knight was lying on his back, in a pink room.
He looked at himself and realized what he was wearing.
"Jupiter Power," he whispered and his regular clothes
appeared.
"Cool. I'm Super Man." he said lazily.
Ken tried to sit up, but he had no sense of balance. Even
raising his arm made him dizzy. He tried again and knocked
a pillow down in the process. Now, he was half sitting,
half falling off the bed.

Lita heard something from the bedroom and walked in. She
saw Ken, now in regular clothes.
    "Ken!" Lita cried.
She helped him sit up, since he was about to fall off the
bed. His eyes were dialated and he looked drunk or something.
"Ken! You're awake!" Lita said and grabbed a chair
to sit next to the bed.
"My name isn't Ken. I'm Super Man!" Ken insisted.
"No, you are Ken," Lita told him.
    "Liar, I'm Super Man."
Lita sighed. Ami told her that he would be out of it, but
she didn't know he would be that out of it.
"Do you know who I am?" Lita asked.
"Queen of..." Ken closed his eyes to think.
    "Of what?"
    "Spades!"
    "What?"
"You are the queen of spades!" Ken shouted.
    "No I'm not."
"Yes, I saw you on my playing cards!"
Lita took his hands in hers and said patiently, "Ken, don't
you remember me? I'm Lita."
"No, you're the queen of hearts." Ken kept saying.
    "Remember Jupiter?"
"Let me think," Ken looked up at the ceiling, "Oh, I remember!
Aliens came from Jupiter so I had to kill them with my super
human powers!"
Lita gave up trying to convince him of who he was and who she
was.
    "Are you hungry?" She asked.
    "Yes, I am."
"Okay, stay here. Don't go anywhere, okay?" Lita asked.
    "Okay."
Lita went into the kitchen and warmed up some oat meal for him.
While the oatmeal was cooking, she called Ami.
"Ami? This is Lita. Yeah, Ken's awake.... No, he doesn't
know who I am. He thinks he's Super Man....okay, I will. Can you
call the others?....Darien too....okay, bye."
Lita went in the room carrying the bowl of oatmeal and a cup
of milk. Ken was still sitting, but he was staring blankly at
a painting on the wall.
"Ken? Can you eat?" Lita asked. She didn't think she
needed to feed him like a child.
Ken didn't answer, only stared at the wall unblinking.
"Ken? You still here?" Lita waved a hand in front of her
face.
Ken blinked and shifted her eyes onto her, not focusing, "The
walls are dripping."
    "What?"
"Your walls are dripping with water."
Lita turned around and looked at the wall. Nothing was dripping.
It looked just like a normal wall, except it was pink, like the
rest of the house.
"Don't you see the water?" Ken asked.
Lita decided to just play along, "Yes, but let's leave it alone
for today okay? When you get better I'll let you fix them."
"I'm not sick. I can fix them today," Ken insisted.
"Here, it's oatmeal. Eat it before it's cold." Lita handed
Ken a spoon.
Ken reached for the spoon, but was about half a foot off. He
grabbed at the air around the spoon. He gave it another try and
almost missed it.
Lita placed the lap board on Ken's lap and put the bowl down.
Ken stared at the bowl at first. Then, he tried to dip his spoon
in, but missed and stuck the lap board.
    "Ken," Lita said.
Ken looked up with dialated eyes. Lita's heart broke for him,
who use to be her best friend, her boyfreind.
"Let me help you." Lita sat closer to him and took the
bowl, "Give me the spoon," she placed her hand out.
Ken handed her the spoon, a foot away from her hand and sat back.
Lita scooped up some oatmeal and blew on it to cool. She fed
him like a child, spoon by spoon.
Someone opened the front door to her apartment when she
was almost down feeding him.
    "Lita?" Mina called out.
    "In the bedroom," Lita answered.
She finished feeding Ken and placed the bowl and cup on the
nightstand. Mina, Serena, Ami, Luna, Artemis, Rei and Darien
came in. They all looked at Ken to see if he was alright.
"How are you Ken?" Rei asked.
Ken looked up at her, seeing right through her. He didn't
answer. It was like he hardly heard the question.
    "Ken?" Serena asked.
"It's no use," Lita told them.
Ami stepped up with a thermometer and a flashlight.
"Can I check him?" she asked Lita.
"Be my guess," Lita stepped out of the way.
Ami put the thermometer in Ken's mouth and said,"Don't
bite it, Ken."
Ken didn't do anything. Ami shone the flashlight directly
into Ken's eyes. There was no reaction. Ami snapped in front
of his face and Ken didn't even blink.
Ami took the thermometer out of Ken's mouth and frowned.
Lita saw the worried look on Ami's face, "What's wrong?"
"His temperature is slightly high. I should have
checked it earlier."
    "How high?" Darien asked.
    "Ninety-nine."
    "Is that bad?" Rei asked.
"Not for a fever, but Ken's in another medical condition.
He's going to get delirious."
"Too late for that. He already thinks he's Super Man." Lita
told them.
They all looked at Ken who was just staring at nothing.
Suddenly, Ken spoke, "I have to go to the bathroom."
All the girls blushed and Lita looked at Darien.
    "I'll take him," Darien said.
It took all of them to get Ken to stand up. He seemed
to have lost his sense of balance. Darien had to lead him
to the bathroom. The whole way, Ken leaned against the
wall, looking as if he would fall over any second.
The girls stayed in the bedroom waiting for Darien and
Ken to come back.
"When will he be normal?" Luna asked Ami who was the
medical genius of the bunch.
"What do you mean by normal?"
"When will he be able to walk around right and remember who
all of us are?" Luna said more specifically.
"Maybe by tommorow night. But there is also something I
found out. I read it this morning in one of my mother's
medical books."
    "What's that?" Lita asked.
"Even if he does get back to normal-" Ami started.
"I don't like the sound of this."
"Even if he does get normal, there will be a chance that
he will be having sudden flashback, short seizures for
maybe a year. Then he'll be 100 percent normal."
"So he'll be in the middle of the street and he'll just
have a seizure?" Lita asked.
"Yes, but very short. Almost five second seizures."
"It's all my fault. If I hadn't gone to him, then
Galdon wouldn't have did this to him. No, I did this
to him." Lita was getting angry with herself.
"It wasn't your fault! Stop blaming yourself. All of
us scouts are at risk ninety percent of our lives. You didn't
do this to him, Galdon did." Serena told her.
Rei too Lita by the shoulders and looked her straight
in the eyes, "Don't you ever blame yourself for this you
hear? It wasn't your fault."
Lita looked down, feeling tears come. She didn't want
Ken to be like this. It wasn't fair. She wished it was her
instead.
Darien brought Ken in and put him back on the bed.
Ken still stared straight ahead at nothing. Lita stood in
front of him.
"Ken," she said with pleading eyes.
For a brief moment, Ken's eye focused on hers and he smiled,
then the look was gone. His eyes were dialated once again.
"Did you see that?" Lita asked everyone, "He recognized
me!"
"I saw that too. He's getting better." Ami said.

9:00 PM:
"It's getting late. We should get going." Serena said.
All of them had ate dinner at Lita's house again and watched
as Lita fed Ken. Halfway through the meal, Ken took a hold
of Lita's hands and held the spoon for himself. He fed
himself the rest of the meal.
"C'mon I'll drive you guys home." Darien offered.
    "Thanks." Rei said.
"We'll stop by tommorow after school." Mina told Lita.
"Bye Lita. Bye Ken." Serena called out after the others had
left.
Ken didn't hear Serena. He was sleeping soundly. He
had already gotten the hang of walking again. Now, Lita didn't
have to worry if Ken had to go to the bathroom.
Lita checked the locks on her windows and the front door.
Ami told her it was okay if Ken walked around her house,
but it wasn't safe for him to walk outside where there was traffic.
She got ready for bed and flopped down tiredly. All day, she had
been watching over Ken and it was tiring. She didn't mind watching
over him, there had been so many times when he watched over
her.

Lita bolted up from a sound sleep. She glanced over at
the clock. It was only one in the morning. Something was wrong.
Something was wrong with Ken. Lita grabbed her pink
robe and rushed to his room. In the darkness, he looked just
as she left him
Lita listened carefully. Ken was breathing in jagged
breaths, almost gasping. She flipped on the light switch and
looked at him.
Ken was breaking out in a cold sweat and his skin
looked paler than it was before. Lita quickly rushed into
the bathroom and took out an ice pack. She went into the
kitchen and filled it with ice.
She went in a placed it on Ken's forehead. His skin
felt burning hot. Then, Lita remembered something she
learned in health class. Whenever someone had a high
fever, they should stay awake, in case they fall into a
coma.
Lita shook Ken's bed, "Ken, wake up."
	Ken didn't stir.
	"Ken!"
Ken opened his eyes and peered into Lita's. Lita
made Ken sit up, still holding the ice pack to his head.
	"Thirsty," Ken mumbled.
"Stay right here," Lita made Ken hold the ice pack
to his forhead while she went to the kitchen.
She poured him a cup of ice cold lemonade. When
she went back into the bedroom, Ken was still sitting, but
it looked like he was dosing off.
	"Ken!" Lita shouted.
She let him sip some lemonade out of a straw. Ken
was getting paler by the minute.
"Ken, are you okay?" Lita asked.
"Who's Ken? I'm Tuxeedo Mask!" Ken shouted.
Ken was about to jump up, but Lita held him down.
"Don't get up, you are very sick right now."

At about six in the morning, Lita dosed off. Ken's
fever finally broke and she let him go back to sleep.
Lita still didn't want to leave his bed side and slept
on a chair beside him.
Three hours later, Lita woke up stiff and
tired. She checked Ken's temperature and it was back to
normal. Ken looked better than he did last night.
Since she didn't feel like eating breakfast, Lita
skipped it. She went into the bathroom and splashed
some cold water onto her face. It felt good and refreshing.
Lita walked into her own room to change out of her
pajamas. She glanced over at her piano. Lita walked to
the piano bench and started to play. She played for
hours, losing herself to the music.

Ken woke up with a huge headache. It was like a
hangover you got when you drank ten sixpacks of beer.
He looked around, surprised by his surroundings. The
last thing he remebered was being dragged into some room
in the cave. Now, he was in another room and the walls
were pink. He looked around, unfamiliar with his
surroundings.
Soft music made it's way into his ears. It was a
familiar tune. He couldn't quite place his fingers on the
name of the song, but he knew it well.
Ken got up, stretching all the kinks out of his
neck and yawned. It felt as if he slept for an eternity.
Like Rip Van Winkle, everything was different.
Drifting toward the soft music, Ken suddenly
recognized it. Rainy Day Man. Him and Lita's
song. He stopped in front of Lita's open bedroom door
and stared at her.
Lita's back was toward him so she had no idea
he was awake.
Ken walked into the bathroom to take a quick shower
and to brush his teeth. He felt like he had the oldest
breath in the world.
Lita had a feeling someone was watching her and
turned around. No one was there.
"My imagination again," Lita said and continued
to play.
After the shower, Ken walked back to Lita's room.
She was still playing, absorbed in the music. For a while,
Ken just stood there gaping at her. Not only was she
beautiful, she was talented as well. She never took music
lessons, yet she could play like a pro.
Lita felt the heat of someone's eyes on her and stoped
playing. She shut the cover on the piano and turned around.
Standing in the doorway was Ken.
At first, Lita thought that he was still hallucinating,
but his eyes focused on hers. Ken's gaze burned through
her own and he smiled.
"Ken!" Lita cried and jumped happily into
his open arms.
	"Are you alright?" Ken asked.
Lita looked at him, he was the one who was in danger,
yet he asked for her health, "Ofcourse I am. What about
you? How do you feel?"
	"Hungry,"
Lita laughed and led him into the kitchen. While
she watchen him eat, she told him everything that happened
since he was knocked out.
"Wow, did that really happen?" Ken asked.
	"Yes," Lita said sadly.
"What's wrong?" Ken asked, looking at her.
Lita tore her eyes away from his intense gaze, "Nothing."
	"You're lying to me."
"No I'm not!" Lita leaped up from her seat and stomped
out of the kitchen.
Ken followed Lita out and saw her stop in front of the
balcony. He went up behind her and took her into his strong arms.
	"Please tell me," he pleaded.
Lita started softly sobbing, "I don't deserve you. I'm
sorry for all the pain I caused you. I'm so sorry. I really
do love you, but I just don't know what I fell right now."
Ken squeezed Lita, "It's okay. A little pain is nothing,
if my reward is to have you all my life. I know you love me,
I knew you loved me. You just needed to find out for
yourself."
	"I did."
Ken drew Lita closer to him and kissed her. Their
hair were flowing together, mixing in the wind.

Serena walked towards Lita's apartment. When she
looked up, she saw a couple kissing on the balcony. They
were so close they looked as one.
"Looks like all's back to normal." Serena said.
	"Let's hope." Luna replied.
