Seiya is the leader of the Starlights. He is arrogant and rude. Seiya has a crush on Usagi and Usagi goes on a date with him once. Seiya doesn't get along with Haruka and Haruka tells Usagi to stay away from Seiya. Seiya beats Haruka in American Football one day which got her immediate disapproval.
