This form will help you customize your GeoCities Guestbook.

There are two parts to the guestbook, which will show up as HTML files in your directory: the page your visitors will use to enter their comments (addbook.html) and the page they'll see when they view your guestbook (geobook.html). Don't remove these files. You can use the online editors in the File Manager to edit these files once they're created.
　ゲストブックは二つの部分から成り、どちらもあなたのディレクトリーにHTMLファイルとして表示されます。この二つの部分とは、あなたのビジターがコメント等を入力するためのページ（addbook.html）と、ビジターがあなたのゲストブックを参照する際に見るページ（geobook.html）です。これらのファイルを削除しないでください。これらのページの作成が終わったら、ファイルマネジャーの中のオンラインエディターを使ってファイルを 編集することが出来ます。

Here's all you have to do:

1. Choose colors for your background, text and links. Select two separators: one to come after your header, and another to appear between entries in your guestbook. Enter a page title and introductory message -- that's the first thing your visitors will see when they read your guestbook.
　背景・テキスト・リンクのための色を選んで下さい。セパレーターを二つ選んで下さい。セパレーターは、ヘッダーの下と、ゲストブックの書き込みと書き込みの間に使用されます。ページのタイトルと紹介文を入力して下さい。これらはあなたのゲストブックを読む際にビジターが一番最初に見るものです。

2. Configure your guestbook entry page. You can have up to 9 fields for your visitors to fill out. Want to know everyone's favorite breakfast cereal? Favorite GeoCities home page? Favorite basketball team? It's up to you.
　ゲストブックのエントリーページをデザインして下さい。ビジターに書き込んでもらう項目は９個まで載せられます。 例えば、みんなの大好きな朝ご飯のシリアルは？とか、geocitiesのホームページでお気に入りは？とか、ひいきにしているバスケットボールチームは？など、あなた次第です。

3. Choose your preferred layout. We've created four formats for your entries -- pick the one your like best.

4. After you configure your Guestbook, two files will be added to your directory: "addbook.html" and "geobook.html".
　ゲストブックの作成が終わったら、addbook.htmlとgeobook.htmlの二つのファイルがあなたのディレクトリーに足されます。

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

1. You must not link to "addbook.html" directly, instead you must use this HTML code in your page:

The "geobook.html" file can be referenced normally like this:

2. Any images or links to other pages (in your directory) that you wish to include in "addbook.html" MUST be referenced like this:

(Note:You must use YOUR neighborhood and YOUR address number and image name in the following examples.)

The following are text fields which you may want on your Signup page.
We recommend that you keep the first 3 (Name, URL, and Email). You can name the rest anything you like, but each must be unique. If left blank, that field will not show up on your signup page.

You will also have a text box, for users to enter their comments. The 9 fields on the left are meant for single phrase responses, such as "Your Favorite NBA Team", or "Your Favorite Movie"
