4 Servings

1 cup water
4 teaspoons black tea leaves
2 cups milk (the thicker, the better)
2 tablespoons brown sugar

a pinch of chopped ginger (can be omitted)
and/or cinnamon (can also be omitted)

1. Boil a cup of water in a pot.

2. Add tea leaves, ginger and cinnamon to boiling water and
reduce heat to low.

3. When water turns dark brown, add milk.

4. Add sugar just before the tea boils again. After the tea comes
to a boil for the second time, it is ready to serve.
