Buta Kimchee
(Pork and Kimchee Stir Fry)

2 tablespoons ... vegetable oil
1 clove ... garlic, minced
1 lb. ... boned pork, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
ground red hot pepper (optional)
1/2 lb. ...kimchee, cut into bite size
1/2 ... onion, thinly sliced


1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat;
Add pork and stir-fry until mostly cooked. Sprinkle salt,
pepper and red hot pepper.

2. Stir in kimchee and onion; cook until onion is tender.
