Mint Beef

3 tablespoons ... vegetable oil
3 clove ... garlic, minced
1/4 ... onion, sliced
1/2 lb. ... beef steak, cut into bite size
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon ... oyster sauce
3 ... fresh red pepper, sliced
1 ... green onion, minced
6 ... fresh mint leaves
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat;
stir-fry garlic and onion until onion are golden brown.
2. Add beef and cook until beef changes its color.
Season with salt, pepper and oyster sauce.
3. Add red pepper, green onion and mint leaves:
remove from heat and serve right away.
