Miso Soup with Tofu

4 Servings
2 cups Dashi (fish stock)
4 tablespoons Miso
1/2 pack tofu, cubed
chopped green onion for garnish
In a medium saucepan, boil dashi; remove from heat
and whisk in miso.
When miso is well dissolved in dashi, add tofu. Return the
pan to the stove and heat just to boiling.
Serve in individual bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
