Wonton Soup

***** wonton *****
4 oz ground pork
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
dash salt and pepper
20 wonton wrappers

1/2 carrot, julienned
1/2 can bamboo shoots
3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

1 teaspoon sesameseed oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1. Prepare filling;
In medium bowl, combine wonton ingredients except wrapper.
Mix well by hand.
2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of a wrapper.
Moisten edges and fold to make a triangle.
Make sure to seal seams. Repeat to use all wrappers.
3. In medium saucepan, cook all the soup ingredients over
high heat until boiled; add wontons and cook until wontons
float.
4. Remove from heat; add sesameseed oil and green onion.
