Azusa is one-half of a martial arts ice skating group, (Kolkhoz High School's Golden Pair of Martial Arts Paired Figure Skating) with her counterpart being Mikado Sanzenin. Looking at her, you may not find that she is in any way wierd (she looks quite cute actually). But, like most Ranma 1/2 characters, she does have her own idiosyncrasy, and that is to collect all things cute. She will even name the item first. In fact, half of the reason for the confrontation between her and Mikado against Ranma and Akane in the martial arts skating competition was because of P-Chan. Azusa had claimed ownership of cute little P-Chan, and of course Akane wasn't going to take that lying down. Azusa will often create a racket if she doesn't get what she wants and has often gotten into arguements with Mikado over these cute artifacts too. For example, when he was getting stretchered off after suffering major injuries during the competition, Azusa fought with him over the cute blanket that was covering him.
