BRIGAND
(Bandit)

Brigand (French for 'Bandit') is a female cat with a sound amplifier... Not to disturb the neighborhood, no! Just if she knows you a little she will use her loud voice to announce that: she's there, she wants something, something unusual happened to her... I'm not so sure about the last statement as I'm not too good with cat lingo!
Sister of Caramel and Max, Brigand is rather different in appearance: a long thin body, short legs and a rather long tail. A light weight as well.

Brigand was the exemplary mother of Peggy. We have to say 'was' as when Peggy was approx 4/5 months old, the mother separated totally from her daughter after the young one was neutered.
This had most probably to do with the territorial instinct, the mother giving way to the new generation.
When Brigand purrs, it's like listening to a small engine!
