Chibi-Chibi is the mysterious girl from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. She became a Sailor Senshi after touching Eternal Sailor Moon's Moon Tier. When she touched it she turned into Sailor Chibi Chibi. She dropped into the story much like Reni, floating down from the sky with an umbrella. She is Sailor Galaxia's own Star Seed. She was the Light of Hope in Sailor Stars, who was sent by Galaxia herself (after she sealed Chaos) to find the one of love and justice.

Eternal Sailor Moon was the person that she found. Chibi Chibi was a major force in the final battle. She teleported the Scouts in and out of danger, and helped Serena in her fight with Galaxia. She merged with Serena's Star Seed, thus powering up Serena once again into Princess Serenity. At the end of Sailor Stars, she left Earth in a streak of pink light energy.
