This
is the first Macross OVA ever made.It takes place 80 years after the original Macross Series.
The main characters are the fighter pilot Sylvie and the Marduk Ishtar.
The Macross Defence Force, the UN SPACY, faces a new threat: a different Zentraedi race called the Marduk.
The MECHA designs are based totally on the orignal MACROSS MECHA. Every design is used to make a new Battloid. From the Spartan to the Monster Destroid.
The veritech Fighter is also redesigned. THe SDF-1 is somewhat old but you get to see it fly again!!
