Daddy wakes up bright and early, and "walks" me again, back and forth in the room, until I calm down and get ready for the day. On the right, I am sitting in Daddy's lap while he eats breakfast. |

We're finally ready to go. Mommy and Daddy take some final family pictures of the 3 of us, in the garden in front of Grandparents' house. It was a sad moment to say good-bye to my Grandparents, but I will see them again when I'm bigger! |

I enjoyed the taxi ride to Fukuyama station. After crying a bit in the beginning, I slept the entire rest of the way. |

When we stopped at one stoplight, Mommy and Daddy noticed that I was snoring really loud! |
Click here to see an MPEG video of me snoring. (560KB) There is lots of noise from the traffic, but can you hear me near the end? |
Now I am also a big Japan traveler! Here I am with Daddy inside Fukuyama station, waiting for our Shinkansen bullet train. Behind us is one of the corners of Fukuyama castle. The main castle is further off to the right. |

We finally board our Hikari Shinkansen. Daddy decided to buy us seats in the Green Car, making our trip to Tokyo just as memorable as his honeymoon with Mommy! Here we're actually on a short ride to Okayama where we will change trains to a faster Shikansen. In the picture on the right, Daddy thinks the "Aladdin" building in the background is either a pachinko parlor or a love hotel. |

Here we are at Okayama station waiting for our next train to take us to Tokyo. Mommy stands in front of all of our luggage! Can you believe how much Mommy and Daddy carried by hand? I am sitting in the middle there with all the bags, and 2 computer briefcases (1 for Mommy, 1 for Daddy). Our train finally comes, it's the Nozomi 700 series of the Shinkansen, the latest model. It is capable of going 300 km/hour and brought us into Tokyo Station in 3 hours 15 minutes from Okayama. Just on the other track behind the Nozomi 700 series, is the Nozomi 500 series, going in the other direction. It is actually much more "cool" and stylish and even slightly faster than the 700 series. Oh well, maybe next time I can ride that… |

I pretty much slept the entire way in the train back to Tokyo. When we finally arrived, Daddy took us to his office (where he had to check up on work a little! and show me off to some of his co-workers). And then we got in the car and he drove us home. |

When we finally got home, we had a nice surprise waiting for us! |

Daddy also showed Mommy and me the mai that came for me last week. Daddy had gone to the U.S. Embassy to apply for my birth report and citizenship, and now I got my Birth Report and U.S. Passport already! Daddy is signing my passport for me, so now I can go to America and see my familiy there! |
